ME!

any questions? :D
Gloria, I mean no offence, but you say you're maintaining yet your weight keeps going down. If you truly wanted to maintain wouldn't you eat more?

Hey, that's me right now. I'd be glad to help you out if you need anything. :)
mumble mumble....

I have so many questions i dunno where to start...
well... i'll start saying i'm impressed by your self control and wishing you happy mantaining :)

  • Was it hard for you to go down to 100lbs?

I think my body natural weight is 112 and getting nearer to my goal is so tough. Maybe you're just naturally slender then me. I've never been overweight, i've been 115 all my life except in dreaded 2003 when i've ballooned up to 132 .

  • how much do you eat to mantain your weight?

luv

sunkissedbliss--I AM eating more; I'm adding 100 calories every week. and I maintain at about 15-1600 and I'm up to 1200 net.. which is a landmark for me. I've NEVER had that many net calories. Next week it'll be 1300 net. When I first started eating more, I was 106; as I added more and more, my weight continued to drop. I'm trying to make it STOP dropping so I'm eating more.
how did you get down to 106?

what were you eating? 1500 cals or less?
Yes, I was eating less than 1500 cals. I REALLLY restricted from like December--May and maintained around 120 even though I was eating less than 1000 and working out a lot. As soon as I started eating more, I lost a lot of weight. I bumped my calories up from an average of 800 to 1300-1500 most days [although I was getting only about 1000 net on the days I worked out, I was still eating 13-1500 on the days I DIDN'T work out]. If I burned 300 cals four days a week, and ate 1400 7 days a week, that's an average of around 1230 cals a day. [yay math!] I'm down to 100 now and REALLY need to stop losing, so I'm bumping up my 1200 net calories a day by 100 every week.

if you really want to know my ENTIRE history, I'll surely fill you in :)

entire story? I'll read it with pleasure.

good job girl, keep it up

I'm trying to. Well, I'm not exactly 5'3"/100, just a little heavier and a little taller, so it comes out to almost the same.

So far it's kinda working; I'm losing weight much more slowly now, but I'd like to get it stopped entirely without any gain. I've been doing this by increasing intake a teensy bit at a time, then waiting for my body to get used to it before increasing again.
thank you all for your contribution, i'm longing to mantain on 100lbs too..
a long way to go, tho, i'm currently 120 and i'm going through a glutton fase.......  hehe

i need to work harder, i'm not even pushing myself, eating junk and being plain lazy all day long.

New month, New Beginning.

01 September 2007 is the day, now or never
