120-130 lbs = What Size
I know EVERYONE is different but according to CC I should weigh about 124lbs ... I, myself, have never weighed that much ever in my life. My question I want to know is for the females who range between 120-130lbs or have been amongst that weight, how tall are you and what size are/was you? If you don't mind saying. I'm just trying to get a general idea about what size I would approximately be.
I'm 5'6", 123 pounds and I'm a size 4/5.
I agree with both the small waist thing and the baby thing, (not that I've had a baby, just heard that it changes things) I don't hold any of my weight in my waist, and never have, and am much more muscular than most, medium frame, 5'3 128 wearing a size 4 currently although I'm just about a 3 (but i don't do junior sizes any more, as I have found they were never very flattering on me.) also I don't have much of a butt. I am very hourglass shaped, although the main points of the hourglass have somewhat been reduced due to my losing nearly 10lbs lol, but yea I'm ok with that! :)
Awh Well Thanks Everyone! I appreciate all the responses. <3
When I DID weigh 127 at 5' 1" with a small frame and pear shape I was VERY comfortably in a size 7 or 8. When I was working out 50 min a day/4 days a wk I was very comfortable in a 5 or 6. THE GOOD OLD DAYS!!!
hmm, i'm 5'5.75" and when i was 130 i fit into size 5ish jeans. i gained weight and i'm up to 147 right now, but i still fit into the jeans luckily...
bleh. i still need to lose some weight tho. the pants will fit better then.
Just to add myself in here:
Small frame, 5'1", at 125 pounds I was in a 6/7.
I am 148 5'2'' and am an 8/10. I am medium framed.
I am supriesed to see people use odd number sizes. That is usually a teen/juniors size and usually in pants at least, there is no room for hips. So, if you are past full development and puberty and such, its more likley to fit into a womens size (even sizes).
Now Id like to say I could be compleatly wrong on this but Im pretty sure that's how it works. I know I can wear an 8 pants but NOT a 9(juniors.
That's my ten cents.

Question: What measurements make a US size 6? And what measurements/stats make a size 8? measurement as in chest-waist-hips...I still don't get American sizing :s nor do I get UK sizing :s what are size 8 jeans like? I remember wearing size 8 jeans when my belly measured around 30"...it's so confusing :s
well i really think that from reading the posts, this is a hard question to answer. There are so many different brands of jeans and I think a lot of it has to do with where you have your weight. I have a small frame, but I carry all of my weight in my thighs and butt. I am 5'4 and 130lbs and i wear on average a size 8. I hope this helps you.
This is a tough question to answer but maybe some brand names will help... I am 5'1" and about 125, right now I wear a 4 in most pants but if they are from Old Navy or Target it's a 2 (love that vanity sizing!). But I also have an hourglass shape and carry my weight fairly evenly, I know my sister weighs less than I do, but carries it in her midsection and her pants are about the same size as mine, but she has very thin legs and arms.
small frame, weight 123, ht. 5'4" and I wear mostly size 6...sometimes a 4...
desert_rose....
US size 6: 34.5-27-36.5
US size 8: 35.5-28-37.5
UK size 6: 31.5-24-33.5
UK size 8: 32.5-25-34.5
:)
Hmm, I'm 5'5"-ish, around 118-120 (seems to change each time I step on the scale) and I'm usually a size 5 or 7. I guess I must have pretty wide hips. I should probably measure.
I'm still young though (under 18).
I don't know though. Sometimes I wear a 9, sometimes a 3.
I'm 5'5". 130. Small frame. 34-26-36.5 And I wear a 4 or 6 in women's sizes and a 7 in juniors.
I couldn't resist replying to this thread. It's all about the body fat percentage, worry about that and you will be in the right size. Other good parameters maybe Body Mass Index. Women get way too hung up on the size thing.
I'm 5'5 & 123, aiming for 110. I'm a 2 in women's and a 3 sometimes 5 in juniors. Hoping to be a 0/1 :)

Depends on your body type. I am an apple - carry all my weight on my torso/stomach with itty bitty hips (relatively speaking). Many women's pants are way too baggy at the butt/hips/thighs unless I buy a size that's squishing in my middle. The larger juniors sizes are often a better choice for me when it comes to pants. I won't touch them for shirts though. :-)
I'm 5'2. At 138, I was a size 3 or 5 (depending on the brand).
Y'all are making me feel huge! I am female, 5'5", and I weigh about 147 and am a size 12. Even at my thinnest, when I was in high school, playing soccer every day, I was around 136 and a size 10. According to the Calorie Count size test, I am a medium frame. I do believe that some people have a certain weight that they will plateau at and they will stay around there if they eat a healthy diet. I would be thrilled to get back into size 10's again!
I'm 135lbs and 5'2",small frame. I'm a juniors 9/11, a petite 6, a misses 4 . My bum and hips are fairly big, though.
My shirt range is juniors medium to missses small. I'm a medium in tankini tops and a largdium ( Medium+Large= largdium) in bottoms.
