15 lbs before spring break, who's with me?

Quote  |  Reply

I am 21 and just booked a trip to Cancun in march for spring break. I would love to lose 12 to 15 pounds starting now (so I don't want to gain them during the holidays!) I really need help in the motivation and accountability department. Whenever I've had workout buddies before, they seem to lose motivation first, then I do. I need some people interested in healthy eating and exercising so we can lose the 15 and look fabulous by March!

I dont have 15 pounds to lose- but I definitely look forward to shedding a few more lbs and being nicely toned for my Mexico trip. Except I leave for my vacation in mid February! EEK! Im all about some healthy eating and exercise until then...and who isnt up for looking fabulous!?! Just so that I will have something to compare to here are my starting stats for our little challenge:

Bust-33

Waist- 26.5

Hip-32.5

^^Yes clearly I have no real waist to speak of and am shaped like a boy lol. Im currently wearing a size 1.  I was wearing a 3/5 around Halloween so I have been working hard at getting down to a zero and making progress. I also just bought a new suit and a verrry adorable dress for my trip- YAY!

hi girls!

May I join you?

I am way older than you, but have a simliar goal minus the AWESOME Mexico trip.   (:

I am all on board with losing through the holiday vs. gaining FOR SURE.    I am within 3 lbs of my original goal of 150, but I want to keep going.   It;s a lifestyle for me and not a diet at all any more.....  my spring break from school is in March.   By then, I would love to be under 150.    I saw my low of 152 this week.   I want to hit some 140X soon.   GOD< that would be the lowest adult weight I have ever been.    I remember being 152 in 1oth grade PE.    that was a damn long time ago.

I work out every day.  I drink more than 100 oz of water every day.    I eat right.   I am single recently, about 12 weeks, so that;s been a weird transition, and I would love to join a motivational group of hot chicks all working towards a common goal.

Sounds good to me, I guess everyone has their own unique goals. Im so proud of how much Ive worked out this week. I wish I found it easy to drink water though that is the one thing I struggle with.

How are you today?

I'm with you.

I'm 19, 5'7 and 143 lbs.

I'm slowly losing, this site says i'll reach my goal by april but maybe I can do it sooner

I'd love to join you guys! My spring break is the first week of March, and I'm not sure if I'm going to Europe or NYC, either way I want to look fabulous! I'm not scared of gainig weight through the holidays, because it seams that my parents cook wayyyy healthier than me! But the challenge should be something good. I weighed myself and Now I'm 157lbs.! I want to get down to at least 145... if not 140.

my spring break is a week I look foreward to for MONTHS as a teacher.     I would LOVE to want to be go strut by a pool vs. languish, tanning in my back yard.

I woukd give my left arm to get to 140.   My original goal (from 230) being 150, that would be lower than any weight ever in my adult life.    awesome.   I would be stoked if I could just hit my goal.   I have seen 152 many time, but the 15-ZERO has been elusive.  Maybe with the right motivational girls...     Kiss

How are you all reaching your spring break goals?  I work out every day, try and 1500-1700 cals, lots of water.
