5lbs by Thanksgiving (totally attainable!)

Hello, my short-term and realistic goal is to lose 5 lbs by Thanksgiving break. 

Anyone with me on this?  I figure if I go just little by little, I won't be discouraged so easily... so here's to the little goals! Tongue out

Ok, so Thanksgiving is late november this year, yeah? (Sorry, feel free to educate my British self!!)

I'm 100% up for losing 5lbs by then.  That's around 1/2lb a week, which is a more than realistic target.  Bring it on! Laughing

Hehe yeah it's late November, like the 28th or something this year.  Yay I'm excited... and I'm going to the gym after classes today =D

YES.  This is EXACTLY what I need!  Just a small goal to attain.  I'm in the process of losing my last 8 pounds by December just to take it slow.  Smile  5 pounds by Thanksgiving is the perfect goal!  I'm 5' 3", currently 123 pounds, looking to get down to 115 by mid-December (my college graduation AND my 21th birthday!).

I'm in too! 5lbs is a good target by Thanksgiving. What if we keep going together AFTER we lose 5 lbs? :D

I'd like to join you guys! My goal is 115 by Nov 30th, so pretty much Thanksgiving. That'd be 7 pounds for me, but I'll probably end up at five anyway, haha. 

 

I personally think Sundays are good weigh-in days; I've found that the more sleep you get, the lower your morning weight is. (So it boosts my self-esteem, haha).

I'm about 125 right now, just trying to get to 118 maybe? I'm more worried about my bf% right now. But 5 pounds of fat will get me to where I wanna be :D

Calorie intakes anyone? 

I do 1700-1800 daily. By doing this I'm zig-zagging pretty well because my activity level is different on different days :)

My calorie intake is probably about: 1200-1500, depending on the day. Sometimes even more I'm sure.

My activity level is really low though, mostly just school and work.
Hopefully I'll change that soon, and add some work out routines.
Hopefully...

Mine is about 1200-1300, relatively low activity... I need to start exercising more!

since I was a dope and forgot to check this thing during the week, let's make this week's weigh-in on Sunday.  And then after that we can change it if we'd like to. 

And babyboo-kate, we should absolutely keep going after Thanksgiving!

 Yea, I'm sort of the same way. I want to get to a steady 110, but I wouldn't hate getting down to a 108-109. I really need to start toning and working out though!

Okay it's Sunday! Our first Weigh-In Day!  I guess I'm going first haha.

I was thinking how about for our first one, just post with your age, height, and weight.  For example:

MJUSTINE
AGE: 20
HEIGHT: 5'3
WEIGHT: 125

Age:21
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 113

AGE: 20
HEIGHT: 5' 3"
WEIGHT: 122.4
