5lbs by Thanksgiving (totally attainable!)
Hello, my short-term and realistic goal is to lose 5 lbs by Thanksgiving break.
Anyone with me on this? I figure if I go just little by little, I won't be discouraged so easily... so here's to the little goals! ![]()

GW: 113 (was there before I started binging =()
I know I'm at a healthy weight now but I felt happier and more alive at 113. And yes, I was eating enough then! I figure if I can get there in a healthy manner then it's not bad to be there.
I think I'm just going to focus on living and being healthy. I'm already at a healthy weight and those last couple lbs will come off if they're meant to! I'm still growing (and so are you guys!) and I don't expect to stay at 113 forever really. It'd be nice but not too realistic =P
Plus my weight had plateaued at 118 for about 8 months, and then dropped to 113 for a month and now it's back at 118. Maybe this is my set point or where my body is meant to be! I'm just going to eat, lift weights, and try and be happy with myself!

Can I join? Spiffy! I have been trying and trying and I haven't lost a pound! But I really think if I have a nice, tiny, achievable goal I'll be able to do it.
I know weigh-ins are on Sundays, but I'll just tell you now and from here on after I'll do it on Sundays, yes?

i'm probably going to go to the gym later this afternoon to work out/weigh myself again. I won't be able to do it this weekend. Wish me luck =P
