Just wanted to share my good news. I have now lost over twenty five pounds in two months, by sticking to a strict diet and exercising daily. My goal is to lose another fifteen pounds over the summer. Just wanted to share my good news, for all of you that are just starting out! Keep a daily log of your weight/activities, and make sure to be honest even when you cheat!!
(PS---I was a big beer drinker, and have now switched to wine...I suppose if I stopped drinking altogether, I might lose an extra pound or two here or there)
GOOD LUCK
So encouraging especially since my first goal is to lose 25 pounds by my birthday in July... just about 2 months.
Congrats!
Wow this is amazing, way to go. And also super encouraging. I have 40 pounds to lose overall and had set the goal of losing 20 by the end of august. However I'm already down 6 after a week so hopefully I can up my goal.
If you don't mind, can you tell me what you normally do at the gym? and how many calories you normally eat?
What are you doing exactly? I am eating right and exercising and can't seem to loose anything...very frustrated at this point. I would like to see a pound at least.
Congratulations, keep it up.
Congratulations! I wanted to post an encouraging post in case you get some negative ones...hope you don't, but a lot of people would say that is way to fast weight loss.
I have lost 30lbs in 8 weeks with CC and exercise 3-4x a week. I did not set out to lose that fast, I just did.
I actually am trying to eat more protein and whole grains and up my calories a little to slow down my weight loss for the next 30-40lbs I want to lose, just so I don't go to low on calorie intake. Because to maintain at my goal weight, I need to eat 1300 or so, I want to stay close to that range now.
Regardless, it is a great accomplishment and you shold be very proud of yourself!
So encouraging!! Way 2 go~ keep it up & thanks 4 sharing!!! This will get me through this week...lol :) Congrats!!!
Fantastic result but for others reading, that is a very good result and not what most people experience. Hope it lasts for you and you hit your goals. Just watch you aren't pushing yourself too hard though and hit a wall and suddenly binge. Cutting your food way back is great if you can keep it up but if you can't and suddenly return to eating more you will put weight back on.
Well done on the monstrous effort though and the fantastic result!
Wow, that's amazing. I was only aiming for a lb a week. 26 lbs in 2 months would make me soooo happy!
