Recipe Ingredients for lean ,low fat,low carb meatballs:

2 lb. fresh ground turkey breast
2 lb. fresh chicken breast
1 1/4 cups water
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz bread crumbs
1 teaspoon red peppers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon ginger

Recipe Directions for lean ,low fat,low carb meatballs:

  1. Preheat : oven to 400 F. Place all ingredients i a large bowl, mix until well blended,

  2. Shape into 76 meatballs(approx 1oz each),Place in single layer in foil - lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake: 20 minutes or until cooked through.

  4. Makes 24 servings,3 meatballs each.
