ishsmom and beccatew, glad to have you. We want to go for the salad tonight. My dinner was a turkey salad. Lettuce, mushrooms, carrotts, and cucumbers topped with some deli sliced turkey. A tbsp of olive oil dressing. Side was a fruit salad consisting of apples, oranges, bannanas, and walnuts. It was held altogether with honey instead of mayonaise. My girls ate it in buckets.

Yeah was just rereading the Main Thread.

Also let's not forget the first weeks contest is at least 30 minutes of walking. We can do that easy can't we. I am going to a local park and walk there tomorrow.
Hey who among us lifts weights? I know initially it will add weight as we gain muscle but over the long haul it is better for all of us. I use small hand weights right now and started with a routine I found in a magazine. I feel stronger after only three weeks. Maybe we should add that as a team challenge.

It has been show to help bone density among other benefits. It doesn't take much, even as little as 2 lbs done with enough repepititions will help you. Remember high weight, low reps, low weight, high reps. What do you say Lean n Mean!
