Soup for a cold day

Ingredients
4 cups white mushrooms, chopped
4 cups leeks, chopped
1 clove garlic
3 cups water
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
Directions
Combine vegetables and cook until soft. Use hald stick blender to cland and make creamy. Serve hot.
