| 4 | cups leeks, chopped |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 3 | cups water |
| 2 | plum tomatoes, diced |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon salt |
| 1 | tablespoon pepper |
Combine vegetables and cook until soft. Use hald stick blender to cland and make creamy. Serve hot.
