I reside in Palmerton, PA and work in Allentown, PA together we are known as the Lehigh Valley. But all are welcome.

As dieting has become a ongoing way of life.
I would like to start a challenge that is ongoing.
Open to all and breaks the year into 4 sections.
Making 4 challenges a year. Open to all and year round.
Challenge 1 - First day of January to the last day of March.
Challenge 2 - First day of April to the last day of June.
Challenge 3 - First day of July to the last day of September.
Challenge 4 - First day of October to the last day in December.
REPEAT the following year.
I, like many others have been struggling non-stop with weight issues. Together we can make a life long commitment to support each other in this ever lasting battle to losing/maintaining/gaining weight. For personal to health reasons.
