Lent!! give up your greatest weakness!!
ok here's a great idea...lent starts TOMORROW and it lasts until easter- thats about a month and a half
for all those people who are saying they can't stop themselves from eating chocolate or carbs and stuff like that..give it up!! that way you're helping your weight, challenging your will power and self control, and hey- might as well glorify god in the process =)
just a thought..
i'm giving up chocolate, candy, and fast food =) GOD GIVE ME STRENGTH!

I shall give up sugary cereal! That includes those dreaded honey-nut cheerios!! >:D
yea yea thats what i'm hoping..that after such a long time of not eating it that it will decrease my overall cravings =) =)
I wonder if I should give up anything else...
Instead of giving something up, I decided to commit to entering every single thing I eat every day in my food log. (I stopped doing it months ago once jogging was melting the pounds away even without watching what I ate. Now that I have an injury and can't jog, I need to be more careful about food.) I'm also considering commiting to having sex every day with my boyfriend.
I know, not very Lent-like, but then again, I'm not very religious. I use Lent as an opportunity to forge better habits every year. (I think I might be struck by lightning any minute!)
