Lentejas Con Salsa De Tomate Recipe

Lentils with potatoes, carrots, tomato sauce and wine

Ingredients
3/4 cup lentils, boiled, with salt
2 potatoes, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 small onion, diced, fried
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup red wine
Directions
  1. Remojar las lentejas por 1 noche

  2. Cocer las lentejas junto con las papas y las zanahorias

  3. En un sarten aparte freir las cebollas con los ajos y cuando estén transparentes agregar salsa de tomate, vino y aliños.

  4. Cuando las lentejas estén blandas, agragar la salsa y revolver.

  5. Servir.
