Lentil Soup Recipe

Ingredients
70 g Lentils
100 ml Stock
1/4 Onion
1/2 clove of Garlic
5 g Tomato Puree
1 tsp Cumin
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan

  2. Bring to boil then reduce heat

  3. Cover and simmer for 35 - 45 minutes, until lentils are soft
