Leslie Sansone DVDs?

Quote  |  Reply
I recently purchased the Strength Walk from Leslie Sansone to work out to at home, just for a change of pace from going out to the gym (it seems so much harder when its  colder and darker!).

I am just watching it right now because I want to see how what she is doing before I do it myself (I have a cold today).

Any opinions on it? It seems relatively easy. Maybe too easy since I have been walking for about a year? Maybe just the change from what I am doing now will be good enough?

I love her DVD's.  I don't have the strength walk one so I don't know but I do have the 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile fast, and 4 mile fast.  I love the 2 mile and the 3 mile the 4 and 5 miles are still a little challenging for me with my health problems.  I would just try it and you may feel it later.  I know at times I think something is easy but feel it later on.

I have Leslie's 4 Fast miles. I love it. It's interval training of walking and jogging. It's a good workout and its fun.

I was recently picked to receive a Leslie Sansone kit through an Internet survey, boy I'm glad I did! It's amazing!

Punch Up your Walk comes with weighted gloves. It's 4miles and you do it at your one pace. The weighted gloves are great because you you are toning your arms while you walk! It's Total Body Fitness. Oh yeah, an added bonus....Lower Body Tone up!

Walk off Ten Pounds has all the basic steps but it comes with a step counter and a 14 day Meal Plan. You walk to the beat of the music so it's always fun and easy to keep up.

3 mile Calorie Blast comes with the Walk Belt! You feel like your abs are working just by wearing it. The whole time you are walking, you are working your abs, arms, back and chest.

I love these DVDs. I highly recommend them!

Thank
