I just got Leslie Sansone's Walk Slim Four Miles DVD and I love it! It is great! It is challenging, yet not so difficult that it cannot be done. It is a great, sweaty workout and it only takes 50 minutes, which are over before you know it. It includes interval training and "boosted walking," which is really light jogging. Leslie Sansone is just great and I love her attitude. I have several of her workouts (Walk and Kick, Walk and Jog, Advanced Walk, Walk Diet) and two of her books and everything of hers that I have used has been so motivational. She seems to be a genuinely nice person. Just thought some of you might have some other LS workouts that you liked.

I bought the Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds Express dvd two months ago. I LOVE IT!! I alternate between the 3 & 4 miles about 4 days a week and between the workout and regulating my calorie intake I have lost 16 pounds. I feel like im ready to try the 5 mile now. I was a little skeptical at first and I felt kind of silly walking in place for almost a hour but it is a great workout and now I am hooked.
I love Leslies videos they are great! I haven't been motivated lately to use them but after reading your posts and knowing that the hour passes so quickly I am going to start doing it tomorrow morning. Thanks!
I started exercising with Leslie Sansone in January of 2005. I weighed 204 pounds when I started. I used them very consistently for about six months, until my father neared his death of lung cancer in July of 2005. By the time he died, I weighed 150 and was very fit, just using Leslie's DVDs and a "sensible" diet (lots of fruits and vegetables, frequent meals, controlled portions). I quit using them so consistently after he died and never really got back to using them. Even though my diet didn't change, I have found that I have gained many inches just not exercising, so I am using the summer to get myself back to exercising with Leslie. I actually weigh 140 now, but I am not nearly as toned as when I exercised. Her DVDs are so uncomplicated and she is so very pleasant! I also recommend her books.
