10 or less to lose - CLOSED GROUP!
Hey all, I'm looking for others with similar goals (not stats, anybody who's 10 or less from their goal) so we can keep each other company for the last leg of the weight-loss extravaganza. A small group would be great fun! (Let's keep it to just the first 10 or so who join - if I even get that many takers!)
My stats:
Age: 22
Height: 5'0
CW: 107-110 (morning-evening)
Goal Weight: 98-101
Ugh. Still 106 ish.
Aw Septi, what are the big differences that you see between 106 and 101?
I was happy to see 124.5 yesterday morning. I went to the gym as well, but then went 250 calories over budget with a big hot chocolate before bed.
Anyone still reading this? I am back on the CC wagon this month - I want things to CHANGE in November!
How is everyone else doing?
Looks like our thread kinda dropped off, and I'm back up to 147ish :-( I'm hoping for a change in November but it will more than likely happen next year when my schedule isn't so hectic with school and all.
SO I guess my goal for the rest of the year is not to gain any more :-)

Woah haven't been updating for so long. By the time I finished uni and on my graduation I was pushing 53kg (which meant instead of losing I gained :x )
but now a few of months have passed and now I'm at 48-49kg and trying to lose the last few kilos.

I haven't I've been a lazy bum throwing my 34.99(la fitness membership) away for the past month. I'm really feeling motivated today, which is weird cause I should be PMSing. I think I'll try to go work out today and try to weigh -in this Friday with the group.
I think next week I'm going to start a really strict diet just to kick start my weight loss. Nothing crazy just high protein, low carb, low fat and exercise. And of course drinking my water again, geez why can't water taste like juice or pop(soda)
oh well.
I still haven't purchased my book "New weight lifting rules for women" I heard it was really good and I want to to try it just because I think if I see my body transform more I'll be more motivated.
I MUST cook my food on the weekend and have it prepared for the week. This has always been my downfall before, not having food prepared and ending up eating fast food. Ok I seem to be taking over our thread so I'm gonna go to my journal :-)

Seriously I think there is a concspiracy, yesterday, first eating healthy day right? I started good, boiled eggs for breakfast, some coffe, lunch southe beach diet meal (cesear wrap). Then hese PPL in my office bought a CAKE, my ultimate weakness. I gave in.
I'm seriously just going to stick to no gaining this holiday, cause I just don't have the will power during the season to totally refrain. As for our dead thread, I guess I'll try to start a new one, The "I will not gain weight this Holiday season" thread.

Yeah, they're getting my money too ... once a week is not really good enough. Today I "have to" (I guess I don't really have to do anything, but sort of feel obligated) to go out for lunch, then my boyfriend's mother's birthday tonight ... junk food galore ...
