Well, I'm going to go with 141.5 even though the scale said 143.5. It said I was 141.5 yesterday and I guarantee that I have not gained 2 pounds overnight! :)

hi! i'm new to this forum (or any weight loss forum for that matter) so here are my stats:

age: 21

CW: 117-118

GW: 105

I've been steadily losing weight for the past month and a half, but every time I seem to hit a new low on the scale I just gain a little bit back on the weekends when I seem to eat more.  Any advice about cutting down on the weekend eating?

emilygollop-- i have the same problem! i think because i 'reward' myself since ive been doing so well and i slip a little.. any suggestions how to stop this? and ehh i think ive been doing this for almost a month..

i think im trying to aim for 105 and take it from there. so 5 more left! because ever since summer started, ive been playing tennis for 2-5 hours every day to get ready for season and i started with a trainer. i noticed i gained tons of muscle so maybe i should be heavier than before..

I've lost about 2 pounds from this time last week, but I think I usually weigh a little bit more on Mondays because I eat more on weekends.  Hopefully by tomorrow or Wednesday I'll hit 114 (or crossing my fingers for 113) on the scale in the morning...wish me luck! haha

Okay. I know Im new but I figure let me post while it's on my mind.

Today has not really gone all that well. I mean not completley horrible, but still.

I have a problem with my eating. I either eat too much, or too little. I have an all-or-nothing state of mind. Which I know i need to work on.

Today I had a v8splash and french vanilla coffee for breakfast and a small turkey ranch and swiss sub plus fries and a diet coke for lunch. Not the best I know. My thing is, my breakfast is too small, and lunch too unhealthy. But under my circumstances it's hard. I am to work from 8 in the morning. I wake up at 7 so from 7-8 Im getting dressed and on my way to work. I get breakfast from work, normally the vending machine which consists of junk food. But I would normally get un-salted cashews or something. The v8splash was grabbed on my way to work this morning. Anyway, ofcourse in the office, the co-workers go out for junk ALL the time. Its hard to get the healthiest food when the co-workers are going some place like sbarros. And once I mess up like this during the day, when I get home I could care less because I feel like I already screwed up the day so I induldge in the fattiest of greasiest of foods (intentionally) and say "Ill start again tomorro". I think i've said that 3534584375897 times already. I don't know how to fix my eating habits and how to forgive myself for messing up a little. Any advice, if anyone even read this, will be appreciated.

 

ok so I'm new, but it's monday, so perfect! I want to lose 12 pounds, so a little more than everyone else.... but it's close

today I weighed in at 106.4. my goal weight is 95. I'm 5 ft tall. 19 years old.

I've been a really crappy member of this challenge lol. I haven't been weighing in because I've been training for my Yoga teaching certification and my weigh has been all over the place. This weekend was my TTOM and I became really depressed and down on myself so I tried to comfort myself with food.

Today I'm trying to do better so hopefully I'll have good news next week!

What if you brought your own breakfast, something quick and easy? I know when school starts I get ready and have to dash out the door, so I usually bring a kashi bar or a luna bar. The kashi bars are bigger for 290 calories, and they taste really good, almost like a candy bar, Luna bars are the same, like a candy bar but they are a bit smaller for 180-190 calories. Both are pretty healthy. If you put that in your purse before work you'd be set. For lunch, pack your own the night before, you don't have to eat out with your co workers, they can't make you. reaper nanashi -- I would recommend getting a digital scale, as they are usually more accurate and some can even measure your BMI, although it might not be very accurate since BMI is based on many factors and not just your weight alone. I got this really great bathroom scale from Target that measures BMI. I'm not really sure of any specific brands, you might want to search the internet to find an affordable, accurate digital scale. Hope this helps. :)

Weighing myself on monday seems pretty smart, that way I don't overeat on the weekends! 

Well anyways, I'm 15, 5'1" and my stats are:
