Alright so I know that weight loss has a ton of these and I'm sorry if this forum already has this but I figure its better for us teens to have one for ourselves. So here we go, everyone just tell us your stats =] Also we should pick a day to weigh in. Just tell me what works for everyone =]

Hi! I'm new to this group. So here are my stats.

I'm 14 and 5'4.

CW: 103

GW: 97-100

I dance 3 days a week, about 4 and half hours a week, and workout at home maybe 2 times a week. I always do pretty good on the weekdays, but when the weekend come I eat SOOOO much. So whenever a see the numbers going down, I step on the scale Monday morning and I gained it all back. It sucks! Anyone have suggestions or ideas?

goal: around 118 or 115

I dance a lot. I just got my bike fixed after a super long time! hurray! I will be on it everyday now!

I learned last summer that I have a wheat allergy, but it is very mild so I didn't do anything for it. (not eating wheat is hard! lol) I am going to try it again for a week and see how I feel and if I can do it. Another health thing I have is hypoglycemia which is low blood sugar.

I think I will try to eat about 1600-1500 kcal a day.  I am not very good about counting the calories or measuring the food for the serving size, but along with the wheat I am going to try.
