I have a goal of losing about 23 pounds by Jan-Feb '08. I'm pretty new to this site and am just looking for some support/motivation. Anyone interested in starting a group with similar goals? thanks...

Yay, I'm now at 119. I'm glad to be under 120. :)
I'm glad, especially since this is after watching 2 movies in a day and basically getting no exercise. Haha!

I think I would be #33 on the list, but haven't been added yet...

Anyway, I'm down to 144, but still fluctuating so not losing enough yet...

I need to eat less or do more exercise.

Hey! Just checking in. I was #23 on the master list, that might have changed though. Today I am 133.5 but yesterday I was 133. So I don't know lol!! I guess that's why I should only weigh once a week. But alas, I couldn't say no to the call of the scale this morning. So you should probably put me down as 133.5. That's still down .5 lbs from last time though!
Today I weigh in at 159.3 lbs.  At least it went down this week.  I seem to be hovering around the 160 mark.  I'm going to really step it up.  I guess that I have been a little lax with my calorie counting.  I have been maintaining a 500cal/day deficit, but it looks like I need to keep it at 1000cal deficit to make any real headway.  I have some additional motivation too.  If I make my goal this month, I am getting this great (but slightly pricey) workout shirt.
ugg.... mother nature kicked my butt last week! either that or my new scale played an evil trick on me!  Today Im at 151.0  I honestly think my scale wasnt on a complete flat surface last time.  Thats Ok. at least I didnt go up from my 152.  so I still lost a little....

I seemed to have stopped this week at 165 but I am supposed to start on Friday so I am still optimistic!! i won't reweigh until the bloat is gone--too depressing!!

I just joined! Trying to lose about 20 lbs, so count me in.

i weighed this morning at 149.6.  Not sure whats up with my scale, but i will take it as a loss.  (happyeeeeeee) anyways, im not going to record till next weeks weigh in.
#11 checking in!  So, this is really making me frustrated.  I went UP .2 lbs...so 145 I am.
I have also decided to take my measurements.  I did that with the weigh in.  SO, I will report any loss/gain in inches since the scale and I can not seem to get on the same page!
Was down to 143.2 last week...then weekend put me up to 145-146 :(
#4 checking in again.  I stepped on the scale this morning and it read 161.  I didn't believe it so I kept checking and rechecking.  Each time was the same.  I hope it isn't a fluke.  It shouldn't be.  I have been earting healthy and working my butt off at the gym....literally I guess.

Checkin in...this has been a bad week and a half or so. So, I'm up 1.5lbs to 158. I really need to refocus...been taking out the emotions with food, you know? Congrats to the losers this week :)

My weightloss is a little slower...but at least it's something. Down 1/2 lb. to 159.5. I'd like to blame it on the TOM...but I know I cheated a couple days too.Cry I am # 17.
