Weighed in at 157 lbs this morning.  It looks like I just might be making progress again :)

#6 checking in.  I'm down a bit to 148.9, which is exciting, since I've been having a rough time with food lately.  I've just been completely unmotivated, and then I was really craving cookie dough, so I bought some, and yeah...that's apparently the one thing that kills my self-control more than anything else.  But at least it's gone now (no, I didn't eat it all in one day).  At least I've been walking to work lately, so that adds a couple hundred extra burned calories in, so I guess it has miraculously worked out in my favor.
Hi everyone, Ive updated all your posts and added the newbies....

My last 2 weeks have been horrible.... with the weather getting colder and im wanting to cook more, its almost impossible to calculate calories out of home cooked meals! UGGGGG anyways, ive been fluctuating between 149 and 152 over the last week or so.  Monday morning I will do a log and GET BACK ON TRACK!

My goals for this week is to workout everday once in the AM and once in the PM. My legs feel sore from the inactivity- YUCK!

PS congrats to all the losers in the group!

Also, try entering the recipe on CC to figure the calories on home-cooked meals!

kikig its no problem, im glad to help! I just want to get this weight off SO bad ya know!  these last 2 weeks i got lazy and kept forgetting to log stuff, my hubby thinks ive quit the site!  Well he is WRONG! im not going to quit! I had a bad episode fiday night with 2 bags of candy at the movie theater, it kept me awake till 4am. So that was my deterrant for eating candy again, especially since haloween is comming up! LOL

That's 0.2 higher than last week.  I like to think it's water weight, since I had a pretty high sodium soup last night.  Oh well.  Here's to a new week and hopefully next Monday, I'll see the scale go down.

LOL still no change...4 weeks later.  
People are beginning to notice a change in my body (and so am I) but the scale still hasn't budged an inch (or pound)
actually 145.6 for official weigh in (up .6) it is TTOM so not too worried.  Just can't believe that there's a noticeable change in my looks but no movement on the scale...oh well!

I was at 143.6 this morning! Hope it keeps going down! I haven't been to the gym in a month :( No motivation these days...
Still at 161 and very happy.  Although I didnt lose any weight this week I dropped 1/4 inch off my waist and 1/4 inch off each thigh.  Lunges and squats and all the other weight lifting I am doing is paying off.
well ive had a bad week, lots of stress and fast food. my scale tells me Ive gained 2.5 lbs. might be water weight. i dunno. im going to workout and weigh again tomorrow. hope everyone had a good week.

Hey, number 16 checking in! Honestly, I've been soooo busy with midterms and term papers at school to really worry and watch my diet too closely, as well as put in a lot of time exercising. But I just weighed myself and I'm down to 143.0. Not quite sure how that happened, lol. So I have 8 pounds to go! My goal is still New Years, so I think I can manage to get those last pounds off!!! I'm definitely getting back on track today, I decided. Good luck everyone!
