Less Sleep
I currently have about 1000-1200 calories per day. I find that I require alot less sleep, have trouble falling asleep and wake up too early sometimes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You probably need more calories.
Your calories are too low - 1200 is a minimum for women, and almost everyone needs more unless they are petite and completely sedentary (as in bedridden).
Inadequate nutrition can cause sleep problems. Try upping your calories by 200-300 and see if that helps.
^what they said. eat more and you'll sleep better.
Okay so today I tried to take everyones advice, eat more calories. I ended up having 1900 and still wanted to eat and chewed and spitted out cookie dough ice cream. This behavior is not health or normal. I have issues. I just want to be able to eat normally.

i too have less sleep most of the time since i work during the night..but once i get the chance at sleeping longer, i grab it..
there would be times i cannot sleep, i drink milk which works for me.. it really depends if this will work for you..
if you want to rest/sleep early.. when you're already tucked in bed, relax, think of happy thoughts..worrying before you go to bed, will keep you awake or worse, won't let you sleep at all..
try thinking of the things that make you happy or things that you are thankful for... :)
