Hello,
I really like the pectoral fly machine. ( i think that's what it's called)
Anyway I was only doing the chest press machine and when I added fly machine I really have been noticing a difference.
Hope that helps a little :)

I don't think you need to worry about gaining a lot of muscle. To be honest, most guys kill themselves to build up their chests, and it isn't something that will happen to you accidentally. Men and women build msucle very differently, and due to hormonal differences, you aren't just going to wake up one day with a massively muscular chest. If you want to firm things up, do flys and light benches, probably 3 sets of 20 reps. The key is to go slowly, not just throw the weight up there, because you can really tone things up by using the stabilizer muscles. A nice, slow, controlled motion is the key, you don't need lots of weight, just enough to feel really tired at the end of 20 reps.
stine join us in the feb. challenge. its listed under the motivation section. the challenge is focus on your arms at least 10 mins a day. This includes shoulders and chest too. Lots of great exercises listed there.
