hello everyone,
my name is tawyna (pronounced TONYA) i have decided to loose 5-10 lbs. This is due to my pants becoming tight, going from a 6/6 long to 8. my belly.
my target so far is 14 nov. i weigh myself every wednesday at 7am. in 1 week i have lost 1 lb. that's probaly because my period is off.
I want to know about shopping for food at the grocery store.
How do you know which one to purchase 1. light 2. fat free 3. more fiber or 4. Low sodium? If it is low in one, its high in another for example cholestrol.
