High protein, low cal French Toast. Heat up some blueberries or strawberries to drizzle on for a real treat!
| 2 | slices Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat |
| 1 | egg white |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 | tsp vanilla |
| 1/8 | cup skim milk |
- Stir or blend all ingredients (except for the toast - duh)
- Put stove on medium heat
- Pour half of blended mixture into a shallow bowl
- Place one slice of bread in mixture, allowing to soak. Do this for both sides.
- Put in pan sprayed with spray on butter and cook until browned.
