Why did I get light headed after I work out?
I had a good breakfast and I waited for about an hour before I started... I walked on the tread mill for about 30 minutes at about 4 miles an hour and then I did a 5 minute cool down... After I got off the tread mill I felt alittle light headed...
Maybe your breakfast wasn't 'good' enough? I always feel light-headed after a gym session if my food intake is too low. Consume more protein - that should help.
I agree with the above post, but in addition, make sure you are staying well hydrated.
Were you hyperventilating maybe? Four miles an hour is a brisk pace and it's fairly easy to overbreathe.
