So this caloriecount.com is new to me. Here's my scenario:
I have an office job which I spend most of the week at. While I'm at home, I don't do much but relax unless I have a day off. I work out at least 5 times a week running between 2-4 miles and weight training. What would I be considered?? I thought moderate since I push myself pretty hard when I work out. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!
Well, I and many others tend to set ourselves as sedentary and log each workout separately to get a reasonably accurate guesstimate of calorie burn, but I think you can safely put yourself as moderate and see if the scale reflects the calorie deficit you planned to have ;)

I used to log my workouts like that but then changed it to a general activity level because I became too obsessed with calculating everything.
I am personally in the exact lifestyle/workout routine as you, tiki. (Seriously, switch "office job" to "sitting on my ass in classes and meetings all day" and it's identical). I was confused at first too, because the bullets for "home/work/exercise" don't have an "or," so I assumed it was all-inclusive. I actually did some damage by starting out with "Light." I gained back weight and felt fatigued because I was not consuming enough calories to keep up with my workouts, so it led to low energy. It made me feel too unwell to exercise as much as my body can handle when fed right. The deprivation led to binges too. So don't make the same mistake! Your body needs that energy...
That's just my advice based on my personal experience trying both. I am using "Moderate" again and it's going well.
