Light Peach Crumble Recipe

This warm 'n spiced delight is the dieter's version of peach cobbler (from hungrygirl.com)

Ingredients
250 ml can of peaches, drained, rinsed, and diced
1/8 tbsp. sugar (Note: Use 1 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend)
1/4 cup slow cooking oats
1 tbsp. light butter/margarine
1 dash of cinnamon
4 tbsp light whipped dessert topping
Directions
  1. Preheat oven on broil

  2. Pour peaches into nonstick muffin tin

  3. Stir together the Splenda, cinnamon, and oats, and then cream in the butter

  4. Spoon mixture on top of peaches and broil (at around 3 inches from heat) for 3 to 6 minutes, or until the oats are lightly browned

  5. Wait for tin to cool

  6. Place a generous mound of dessert whip onto a small dessert plate spoon the peach "cobbler" on top!
