I'm trying to lose weight, like most people here. lol Since I've been eating less, I'm getting hungry at night.
Any suggestions for a light, low-cal snack for the evening? Vegan, please.

How about a whole grain English muffin with some spread?
An undressed green salad (or raw vegetables) will fill you up as much as you like and is full of vitamins and minerals. Very low calorie!
A piece of fruit might be enough to tide you over.
Water often stops my hunger and cravings. No calories at all!

When you're a vegetarian, often you lack protein. That keeps you full. Try and have a filling dinner.
In terms of vegan suggestions... try fat free vegan's skinny fig bars.
I like fruit too :)
Is cocoa powder bad? Could you make a hot cocoa on skim soy with agave?

I agree with red_herring on the protein. Maybe try a vanilla pudding made from silken tofu. Throw silken tofu, vanilla, and a bit of splenda in the blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for an hour and top with berries or cinnamon. Or, a slice or two of whole wheat toast is good.
If you just want something to finish off the day with, try fruit or veggies. Apples are my favorite evening snack. Popcorn comes in 100 calorie bags with a good amount to snack on. I'd take a peek at your analysis and see if you are short on protein, fiber, or any vitamins, and go from there. :)

Almonds are good. They're protein so they're filling and healthy. Eat a small handful about a 1/4 cup if you want to measure.
Try making a sorbet. I like it with mango or nectarine. In a blender put in a peice of fruit, some ice, and a teaspoon of sugar or splenda. Even if you use real sugar it's about 70-90 calories depending on what kind of fruit you use.

I've only been doing this for a few days, but my analysis so far says:
Fat - 30.9% (210 grams) Protein - 11.2% (172 grams) Carbohydrates - 55.3% (847 grams)
So is that not enough protein?
What is VERY interesting is I have found that I'm not eating enough calories. Although there is some guesswork since not everything is in the food log and I don't have the patience to type in all the info when I can't find the food.
But it's pretty darn close anyway.
I will try some of the suggestions here - especially the pudding, that sounds great!
Thanks everyone!

CC's analysis page gives you the grand total of grams consumed if you ask it to tell you about what's happened over several days. I bet starvoice's 210g of fat was over a period of time. It would be nice to know the daily averages (of course the percentages are averages of a sort).
That wasn't for one day! LOL That was so far since I joined. I eat almost all whole foods and believe me, I couldn't get that much fat in one day if I tried. That would be a lot of olive oil. heehee
Ok, lemme get a day total. Sorry. LOL

Here's yesterday:
Fat - 23.8% (44 grams) Protein - 12.1% (50 grams) Carbohydrates - 64.1% (268 grams)

10-15% protein is fine, unless there is a particular reason why you would need more (diabetes, hypoglycemia, bodybuilding, etc.).
air-popped pop-corn. put a few Tablespoons of kernals in a paper bag, roll the top down, then pop in the microwave with the regular popcorn button.
