Less than 100 calories and delicious - a smoothie made with strawberries and skim milk.

Ingredients
3/4 cup strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 g splenda
1/2 cup ice
Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in blender and mix.

  2. Pour, and drink!
