Hello Everyone! We now have 20 memembers in the group. Welcome! I would like to have one day that everyone weights in and reports loss, gain, and talk about what really worked that week and what did not. Feel free to vent etc. We are here for you!
I am thinking Fridays would work best? I tend to cheat a lil on the weekends so that would give me all week to get a good WI for Friday.
On Fridays, you can report your :
SW (start weight)
CW (current Weight)
And your gain or loss. If you like, you can just report your gain or loss if you dont wish to show your weight, however; be assured that we are all here to support each other!

I'm here to gain, it took me a month to gain 1.4lbs! That seems like a long time...this week i started running, so i'm burning even more calories, so i have to eat even more.
My SW was 171 (that was right before I started CC)
CW: 157
My goal for next week is 155. And also not to get into the 160s again! I keep ending up there after the weekend!
I have my weight chart in my profile, so if you want to know, look there. I also track progress in my journal. My journal entries are public and you are always welcome.
At this point, putting this information in one more place will be hard to remember. However, I do weigh in on Fridays, so I'll try to be good and post.

My top weight was 225 and my goal weight is 140. I'm 5'4" and 66 years old, and sedentary.

Hello everyone!
My starting weight was 153 and that was in January. I have been stuck at 150 since then. I'm not sure if it's my natural weight or what. I was 150 most of my life but I think I can do better. My goal weight is around 142 because I have a strong build.
By the way....I've been running 2-4 miles on Saturdays and would like a running buddy for motivation. Anyone interested????
Hey everyone! I forgot to WI last week and pick a goal. I know I was at 153.6 last Friday. I would love to be at 152.anything this Friday.

hi all, new to the site, LOVE It. not sure how much activity to log into my activy log- any pointers would be good.

Sw: 159 *before the site* 150 for my wedding, then back up to 159 after the honeymoon....
