I am 31 and would like to lose 31 pounds
i'm also 5'4. My partner says the little things i eat add up, who knew that peanut butter could be bad for you?

Hello and welcome to Calorie Count!
I noticed that you have not filled out your profile completely.
You will want to do that by going to the Community Tab, Clicking on the People tab, and then, once on your page, under your avatar, clicking on "edit page" to fill out the rest of your bio.
You can fill out as little or as much as you like.
It is just a great way for people to learn a bit more about you and it will help you find friends with similar interested and weight loss goals.
Peanut butter is yummy :)
But, so is PB2 (a powdered version that you mix with water and is considerably less calories).
check out the Food forum for some wonderful ideas on how to use it, and advice from other members on how they curb their PB cravings!

I am also 31 and I need to lose 31 pounds. I am 5' 6". I am fairly new here also. I have two kids and they are pretty picky but I am sticking to only eating the allotted calories and trying to work out at least 4 times a week. So far it seems to be helping!! I have lost 3 pounds in 3 weeks.
