If you like pizza but are worried about calories try this!

I love pizza but never eat from delivery places or restaurants because of the high calories and not so filling effect of just 1 slice. Try this instead:

1 arnolds select sandwhich thin piece of bread (they're like pitas)

about 3 oz of tomatoes (or more if you like)

1/4 a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

whatever chopped up veggies you want on top

Just take the bread and separate the slices. Then mash up the tomatoes and put it on the bread and sprinkle the cheese evenly over top.  Then put in a toaster oven or in the microwave until the cheese is good and melted.

I made this earlier today. It was really good and only about 190 calories. Laughing

That is so funny, because I have started doing this as well a couple weeks ago. I love the Arnold's sandwich thins, and I just put pasta sauce on top, some mozzarella cheese, and throw it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. yummm :)

whoa!  I totally did this a few days ago, and it was absolutely heavenly!

Try adding jalepeno peppers as one of your veggies, and using tex mex flavoured cheese...sososo good.

I'm going to go make one right now :D
