Welp if I get annoying w/ my little happiness posts please tell me!
I keep getting down mid-day because I think I'm eating a lot on my new calorie plan. I know I should eat more... I'm trying though! I've got it up to 2000 calories maybe 2100 and I keep thinking I'm gaining weight. Well... I'm maintaining/even losing a little (don't want to lose though!) Definently proves my metabolism is rebounding and is quite happy with my new healthy eating! Still 108 and 5'4... but I feel quite happy about not gaining a bunch of weight just yet... eventually I want to be at least 110-115. Kind of afraid to make that jump yet but my lil 'team' of my therapist, nutritionist and now a psychologist (which i meet w/ tomorrow) is helping out a lot in my recovery. Let me tell you, I used to maintain on 1500-1700 and then a few days of 1200 in the mix. So I definently take this as a rebound.
I'm able to eat until I'm completely satisfied and then stop when I'm full. I don't get an urge to overeat then restrict, and I feel better. I do have a slight cold (it's been going around all the waitresses at the restaurant I serve at... HEALTHY RIGHT? haha) so I've been laying off the exercise but once this cold is feeling better, I'm doing more weight training! Whoopie!
I'm quite optimistic! :) There is hope!

Your posts make me happy too :)
glad to know there's hope for me and everyone else out there.
Keep up the good work! Remember, as you gain weight it may not always be easy to feel so optimistic, so try to hold onto this good feeling!! You're making a positive change and if you can stay sane you'll end up looking and feeling SO much better.
Rooting for you,
