who likes cream cheese?

well, there's philadelphia fat free cream cheese so we can eat it by the plenty! here's some nutrition info.

calories per 1 tbsp: 30 (NOT MUCH!)
fat: 0g
cholesterol: 5 mg
sodium: 160 mg
total carbs: 1 g
fiber: 0 g
sugar: 1 g
protein: 5 g

anyway, as you can see it's high in protein and low in cals and fat! of course it doesn't taste like normal rich buttery yummy cream cheese as it has no fat at all, but it's close enough... :) bye then

p.s.
philadelphia cream cheese also varies their "fat percentages", like there is 95% no fat, there is "lite", etc. so you can look at those too. haha, don't ask me why i am such a cream cheese expert.. i really don't know..

I used to love it, but I like it so much that it's addicting and then soon it's escalated to wanting it with a bagel, and then once a week and then it's just not good.  So I don't do very many yummy foods.  I only kept in my diet the foods I LOVED and got rid of ones thata I really liked.

Thanks for the info though, at least I know if I am going to mess it up - I can do it safetly..

Damn, now I want some.
yeah i love philadelphia light..mmmm!
I prefer the 30% less fat Philly cream cheese.  It's much creamier and I like the taste better than full fat cream cheese.
I like Nuefchatel :)
HK, that's my fav too! It's thick and kinda chalkie, so great!
95% fat free philly cream cheese has 20 cals per tbsp.. i'm in love with it.
does it really taste like cream cheese? or more like the neufchatel (not a big fan, sorry HK :-)  )
I like the strawberry fat free cream cheese. Luckily, I have never tried the real stuff.
Well, our oven isn't working, so there's no possibility of me making cheesecakes. . . maybe it's reasonably safe to let me be around cream cheese. . .
lol, i make cheescakes weekly at work. ahhh!

i live in canada, where can you get *flavoured* fat free cream cheese??

I either like the full fat version of the plain or the flavored light strawberry or light vanilla walnut, the fat free just doesn't taste anything like the real deal to me and I don't eat often so I don't mind a few extra calories/fat every once in a while.

I like the light chive and green onion and garden vegetable flavors. I can't tell the difference between the light flavored ones and the regular flavored ones.

I like it...only in icing form!

The low calories of fat free cream cheese shocked me - I read in a CC post so had to get some.  Use it on the 100 English muffins once in a while.

It seems anything that can be made normally without cream cheese is always so much better with a cream cheese recipe version.  When I saw the big tubs of Philly cheese cake already made, I was thankful to be on a diet - thats just dangerous to keep in one's fridge.

Every grocery store I've been to has them. Especially Superstore and Sobey's.

i love the garlic & herb light cream cheese by philadelphia, as well as the chive & onion kind :)

I think the Fat Free spread is actually 30 cals for 2 tbsp!!
