Lime Tomato Salad Recipe

Packed with greens and grape seed oil

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. tomato
1 c green onions
1 c cucumber
1/4 c lime juice
2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
4 oz. green leaf lettuce
3 oz. carrots
Directions
  1. 2 tablespoons splenda

  2. 1/4 c lime juice, juiced and zested

  3. 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil

  4. Mix above

  5. then add

  6. 1 1/2 c. tomato, chopped

  7. 1 c green onions, sliced greens also

  8. 1 c cucumber, peeled and chopped

  9. 4 oz. green leaf lettuce

  10. 3 oz. carrots, whole baby peeled
