How do limit my calories to 1800 while on vacation?

I am going on vacation for a week at Lake Powell, and I want to keep my weight down while enjoying myself and not seeming to be antisocial. Really, I need help because I give in easily to peer pressure and then I become a binge eater.
Answer
Your goal should be to maintain, not lose, while on vacation. Continue to keep food logs (with old-fashioned pencil and paper if you don’t bring your computer) but increase your calories to 2200 and figure in at least one treat a day. Make a plan for your beverages and snacks before leaving home because you need to save calories for eating out. Practice good dieting behaviors in the restaurant; sit next to slim people and notice their cues. Go easy on the alcohol because drinking leads to indulgence. At Lake Powell, extra burn calories with hiking, swimming, water skiing, and other activities. Read more about staying on your diet while on vacation at About.com.
