Don't do it.  Good food choices and exercise.

I dropped from 142 to 115 in 4 months the old fashioned way diet and excersice. I maintained from August to End of Jan 08. Then by RMR calculator suggestions I thought I wasn't eating enough and tried to maintain and gained 10 lbs in a little over a month and then couldn't lose it. Tried the old fashioned way and it wasn't coming off. I tried Rapidslim SX and lost 5lbs in a 1 1/2 weeks. I switched to Lipo-6 because I wanted to try it and all it did was give me gas and I gained the 5lbs back because I was hungry all the time on it. Switched back to Rapidslim Sx last Weds and lost 3lbs.  The good thing about Rapidslim is it curves my cravings and doesn't make me bloated. I don't have any sideeffects with it and am able to sleep at night. Which I had a hard time sleeping on Lipo-6. You need to make sure your eating right and eating enough. You have to excercise. I run 5 to 7 miles 4 to 5 times a week. Figure out what works for you. Don't plan on making diet pills a long term thing. I started up on some to kick the stubborn plateau.

Warning if you ever have any worrisome side effects stop taking right away. About 4 years ago I was taking stackers 3 not for weight loss but for energy. I worked door to door sales. I had to be at the office by 9 and wouldn't get home because of travel most nights until 2 am. I ended up in the emergency room from overdosing on caffiene. I also became unintentionally aneroxic. I couldn't eat because they made me sick when I did eat.

O no..sorry to hear about your trip to the er...glad everyting is good now!

Thank you for the responses!

Has anyone had any good experiences with lipo-6? I ordered it from online, it hasnt arrived yet.  I just feel like I stopped losing and I want someting to start up the losing process again.  I tried zig zagging my calories, even threw in a few cheat days incase I was in starvation mode.  I do work out..I go to the gym at least 3x a week and do 40 mins on the elliptical and than lift weights.

I tried alot of different pills in the past and they all work good for a while and then you gain it all back. I'm now doing it the old fashioned way and feel better. You probably just need to bump up your exercise a bit. Try doing more cardio. Thats what I've was told from a fitness trainer I am friends with. He said all those pills just give you a little boost of energy, you could eat more fruit for that or drink some coffee.Smile You will start losing again! it takes time!
