I need to consume 1800-2000 calories a day (im a gym freak) to me that IS A LOT OF FOOD! I battle to eat a meal over 300 cal. But does it really always have to be food?
There is this sparkling grape juice I love!!!!! I bottle is 198cal and fat is 0%. Its not calorie food but calorie liquid and it increases my calorie intake.
So does that still count?

Im no expert, but from the other end of the spectrum... I.e. loosing weight. Its Energy in (calories) , V's Energy out (activity). I know to loose weight I have to watch what I drink, just as much as what I eat. So just put it in reverse. Milk is always good. Its good for your bones too!
Drinks count - absolutely.
A calorie is a calorie, whether liquid or solid.
If you're trying to up your calories but aren't very hungry, why not drink a healthy smoothie (i.e. some from Bolthouse Farms). You can up your cals but still get important nutrients.
If you want to drink your calories, do it with a low carb vitamin shake/smoothie or the like. Most of the calories from your Grape Juice is mostly added sugar.
I wish calories in drinks didn't count. I would drink hot chocolates all day!
A calorie is a calorie, wherever it's from.

yea, i agree with the smothie thing, i think its good for u. Since the grape juice have so much calories, i wonder whether its a sugary calories. i think it might not be too good remembering sugar triggers u into cravings n stuff, lol its what they do to me at least >_<
You should drink the new V-8 Fusions, they are really good, 180 calories, 100% juice, and there is a full serving of fruit and vegetables in every bottle. I think they come in strawberry banana (my favorite) orange something and peach something. They are awesome!
