Here are mine...

Cold Cereal - Kashi Go Lean (very filling)

Yogurt - Yoplai Thick and Creamy Light Mixed Berry

Bread - Nature's Own Light Honey Wheat / Thomason Light Multigrain English muffins

Veggie -  Steamed carrots and broccoli medley w/ Butter Buds and Mrs. Dash

Frozen Entree - L.C. Chicken Club Panini, Kashi chicken pomadoro 

Breakfast Bar -  All-Bran Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Special K Strawberry

Fruit - Grapes, Cantaloupe

Cold Cereal - Go lean but again I can't have it in the house.

Yogurt - plain cause I could cook with it.

Bread - Grilled bread (yum)

Veggie - Summer Squash right now.

Frozen Entree - none I like my food

Fruit - pineapple

Dessert - B&B, Maker's Mark or Booker's (have you have what you want and I'll have what I want)

Oatmeal - Steel cut is the only oatmeal I'll eat

Dinner you prepare- Ribs, smoked all day with my heavy chipolte sauce.

Healthy Restaurant Entree - MickyD's Ceaser Salad with the balsamic dress or a Subway Turkey wrap.

Breakfast you prepare - I don't eat breakfast anymore and it really was never a favorite but I like poached eggs on toast but the best is cold pizza.

Any other favorites you want to share... Fat free cottage cheese, the new big boca bugers, Marzeete's Two Liteful Blue Cheese Dressing.

Veggie -  SPINACH.  I sautee it with some garlic.  just love it.

Frozen Entree -  Lean Cuisine Mac and Cheese - its a treat I barely ever eat.

Breakfast Bar -  I am into the Zone Bars and the new Luna Sunshine bars in Vanilla Almond

Fruit - love mangos and blueberries

Dessert -

Oatmeal - just regular rolled oats with one packet of splenda.  I have been eating this every day almost for about 2 years now.  love it!!!

Dinner you prepare-  spaghetti squash with homemade red sauce with mushrooms, spinach and italian sausages :)

Healthy Restaurant Entree -  I love spinach salads!!!

Breakfast you prepare -  Egg white omelets with fat free feta, spinach and mushrooms :)
Cold Cereal - Kashi's Heart to Heart or Go Lean

Yogurt - Danon Carb Control Strawberry and cream (It tastes SO good and it has much less sugar than regular yogurts)

Bread - I'm actualy not a fan of bread, well with the exception of the great bread that is now taboo =P

Veggie - Broccoli & zucchini

Frozen Entree - Boca's organic and vegan stuff, like burgers and what not.

Breakfast Bar - Kelloggs Special K strawberry

Fruit - Strawberries & bananas

Dessert - Strawberries with fat free whipped cream. Sometimes I'll have a square of a Lindt bar (hurray for my self-control!)

Oatmeal - Never had it actually...

Dinner you prepare- Fettucini primavera

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Vegetarian sushi

Breakfast you prepare - Strawberry/banana smoothie
Cold Cereal -  Frosted Mini wheats, especially with blueberries or strawberries

Yogurt - non fat, plain or vanilla. I add my own toppings and with the vanilla I find it makes a pretty good whipped cream substitute, especially if you drain the whey out of it.

Bread - Country hearth 100% whole wheat. I also love Great Harvest ??) made fresh from fresh ground wheat. Very short shelf life but excellent product

Veggie -  You mean I have to pick one, umm baby spinach, baby lettuces, green peppers, tomatos, baby carrots, cucumbers, onions, potatos,

Frozen Entree - Don't really have one, Stouffers makes a great lasagna, but its not exactly healthy food

Breakfast Bar - Don't eat them. Occassionally grab a Power Bar Harvest, they're okay I guess

Fruit - Can I say all of them, except bananas

Dessert - Any thing sweet creamy, cold and with a little bit of crunch

Oatmeal - Plain with honey, cinnamon, and berries added

Dinner you prepare- My spaghetti and meatballs I guess. I use really lean ground beef and lots of seasonings

Healthy Restaurant Entree - hard to pick just one. McDonald's Asian Chicken salad is pretty good 

Breakfast you prepare -
Mini wheats with strawberries or blueberries and skim milk. Maybe some ww toast with All Fruit

Any other favorites you want to share...  Paul Newmans has an excellent line of low fat and regular fat dressings with lots of flavor so you don't need much.  I also love oven friees, baked chicken fingers (homemade), chicken soup, anythign with lots of garlic, or pasta, hummus many foods.

other favorintes-that new spray salad dressing (1 calorie per spray) and bird's eyes new steam in the bag veggies!

Cold Cereal - Anything Kashi Go Lean or Shredded Wheat

Yogurt - Dannon Plain, Fat Free--you can make dips, spreads, wrap toppings, salad dressings, alfredos, etc. with it.

Bread - Ezekiel no salt or my homemade Oat bread

Veggie - Onions, mushrooms, spinach, cabbage, tomatos, lettuce, zucchini, spaghetti squash, etc.

Frozen Entree - Don't eat them often b/c of sodium, but the Thai Chicken/Noodles by Smart Ones and the Healthy Choice Sesame Chicken.

Breakfast Bar - kashi go lean chocolate almond crunch or Luna 'smores

Fruit - strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, dried papaya, and raising.

Dessert - see "Fruit" :D

Oatmeal - Old fashioned slow cooked oats with a dash of cinnamon and a tsp of brown sugar or low cal maple syrup.

Dinner you prepare- Spaghetti Squash or Tofu-stuffed shells with 12-hour homemade sauce made from veggies and herbs from the garden.  Yum!

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Sushi

Breakfast you prepare - southwestern egg white omelet wrap

Any other favorites you want to share... I like all the Boca and Morningstar Farms products that we've tried, Annie's Low Fat Sesame Gingerly Dressing, pretzel crisps, La Tortilla Factory Tortillas, and anything with beans in them.  :)
Cold Cereal - Quaker Oat Cinnamon Life and (a little healthier) Special K with red berries

light and fluffy Yoplait Whips and Fat free Yoplait Light

Bread -
any bread i could find in Belgium! The only one I really like here is a "take and bake" baguette. Half baked and you finish baking it at home. Mmmmm fresh bread...

Oatmeal -  none (never was much of an oatmeal person...)

Dinner you prepare-  Chicken Kabob w/ spices to flavor

Healthy Restaurant Entree -  hmm...vegetable soup from panera

Breakfast you prepare -  1 boiled egg, some tuna, yogurt and berries, and a nice glass of water (doesn't sound so good, but it's amaxingly filling)
Cold Cereal- Kashi Go Lean, No milk

Yogurt-Blue Bunny Carb Freedom, any flavor or YoPlait Whips, Lime Pie

Bread-I go for anything without preservatives

Veggie-I love vegetables...some of my favorites are the ones everyone calls "yucky"...really can't just pick out one! Romaine Lettuce, Squash of all kinds, Lima beans, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, corn, green beans, sugar snap peas, etc!

Frozen entree-NA

Breakfast Bar-NA

Fruit-Banannas, cantaloupe, watermelon, honeybell oranges

Dessert-(can't have) Rum Cake, Hershey Brownies and Oatmeal cookies

Oatmeal-(okay this is really weird but I eat this every day) Old Fashion Quaker Oats, cooked slow with a Tbl of peanut butter or Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats, again with Peanut butter stirred into it

Dinner you prepare-Spaghetti and Meatballs...but I don't eat meat anymore so I guess I'll say either,  Pasta & Ceci or Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Healthy Restaurant Entree-Usually a salad, no meat.

Breakfast you prepare-Oatmeal....   :)

Any other favorites you want to share...I "love" chips and homemade salsa or peanuts in the shell

Bread - La Tortilla Factory 6" tortilla garlic and herb
Veggie - Asparagus (EVOO and lite salt and a few min on the grill = YUM)
Frozen Entree - none.  I avoid items like this that are pre packaged.
Breakfast Bar - none.  Again, the pre packaged wrapper thing.
Fruit - Mangos
Dessert - Dairy Queen Fudge Bar (only 50 calories!)
Oatmeal - Kashi brown sugar and cinnemon
Dinner you prepare- grilled chicken breasts, side of green beans and corn
Healthy Restaurant Entree - Buffalo Chicken Salad.  Grill the chicken instead of breaded, no bleu cheese, no olives, light ranch on the side rather than the avacado ranch.
Breakfast you prepare - egg beaters omlet with mushrooms, green peppers and onion.
Cold Cereal: Rice Krispies

Yogurt: Dannon Fat-Free Plain

Bread: Lavash

Veggie: Broccoli with hoisin sauce

Frozen Entree: I don't eat these

Breakfast Bar: Never had one

Fruit: cherries

Dessert: Steamed Sponge Cake

Oatmeal: Quaker Instant Plain Oatmeal

Dinner You prepare: Vegetable beef soup

Healthy Restaurant Entree: Vietnamese Vegetable with bean curd soup

Breakfast you Prepare: Yogurt
Cold Cereal - Rice Krispies

Yogurt - Any of the yeo valley organic range

Bread - Soda bread

Veggie - asparagus and brocilli (green veg are the best)

Frozen Entree - never had one

Breakfast Bar - alpen light (70 cals per bar)

Fruit - berries-strawberries,blueberries,raspberries, blackberries..

Dessert - any kind of cake..not healthy i know but i cant help

Oatmeal - quaker oats

Dinner you prepare- salmon with steamed vegetables

Healthy Restaurant Entree -  any of the salads excluding caesar..something like spinach

Breakfast you prepare - my usual breakfast is a bowl of rice krispies and then cut up nectarine and yoghurt

Carb Control yogurt - vanilla with fresh blueberries & cherries tossed in

Luna  - reduced sugar protein bars

Bananas - I could not live without them

Green tea pasta - from Trader Joes

Brown rice - only a rice cooker will do the trick <add a sprinkle of sesame oil to the water>

Designer Whey - strawberry protein powder with H20/ice/banana blended

Dark chocolate - trader joes has a great dark chocolate that is 1/2 the fat/colories of other dark chocolate <keep it in the freezer>

Oatmeal - reduced sugar

Water - boring, but needed!

Starbucks Frappaccinos - My weakness, but I only get the lite with sugar free hazlenut (110 calories)

Choclate Pudding - sugar free from Jell-O

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Vegetable Plate with Green Beans, Cabbage, Spinach, and Squash

Breakfast you prepare - Soy Protein Shake with Strawberries
Cold Cereal - Special K with Almonds

Yogurt - No such thing as good yogurt!! LOL

Bread - Safeway 15 Grain

Veggie -  This has been the year of the tomato for me.

Frozen Entree - Lean Cuisine Oriental Beef

Breakfast Bar - Lactose Intolerant - can't eat them!!

Fruit - Apple with LF cheddar

Dessert - Angel food cake with fresh cut of berries and LF Cool whip!

Oatmeal -  I want to like it, but it tastes like wall paper paste no matter what I do!

Dinner you prepare- I LOVE a rustic spaghetti sauce made with Hot and Spicy Italian Sausage and a wonderful Merlot to go with it - not exactly light though...pair with whole wheat pasta!!

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Fish, fish and more fish!!

Breakfast you prepare - Whole wheat pancakes with Egg beaters

Any other favorites you want to share - Hershey's thins -
Cold cereal - Kashi

Yogurt - Fage Greek style yogurt (non fat or low fat)

Bread - whole wheat mini pitas

Veggie - Steamed green beans

Frozen entree - Healthy Choice beef merlot

Dessert - Jello fat free, sugar free, chocolate fudge instant pudding

Dinner you prepare - broiled salmon with baby potatoes, carrots and broccoli

Healthy restaurant entree - broiled fish with a baked potato and salad

Breakfast you prepare - asparagus frittata made with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites.
