I am always on the lookout for new yummy things and it helps to hear other's opinions. I thought it would be helpful and fun for everyone to list some of their favorites...

Cold Cereal - Familia Muesli (no sugar added)

Yogurt - Yoplait Light Boston Cream Pie

Bread - Oroweat Double Fiber Wholewheat

Veggie - Lettuce: Italian Blend or Butterhead

Frozen Entree - Don't eat 'em

Breakfast Bar - Don't eat 'em

Fruit - Berries in Summer, Pink Lady Apples in Fall

Dessert - Plain Nonfat Yogurt with Homemade Granola and real Maple Syrup

Oatmeal - Steel cut, but I'm not a huge fan of cooked oats

Dinner you prepare- Wholewheat pasta with sliced potatos, and green beans in vegan pesto

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Bean & Rice platter at most Mex Restaurants

Breakfast you prepare - Buckwheat pancakes topped with Plain yogurt, raw trail mix and real Maple Syrup

Any other favorites you want to share... sliced tomatos on toasted sourdough bread with a sprinkle of olive oil and crushed basil.
Cold Cereal - Nature Valley, either Oats n Honey or Cinnamon :)

Yogurt -  yoplait: cherry is my favorite :D

Bread -  12 grain or sourdough

Veggie - brussel sprouts or brocolli + colliflower with cheese :D

Frozen Entree -  I don't eat anything frozen that you'd have to heat in the microwave :s So I dunno...

Breakfast Bar - I like those fig nuten (sp?) bars or nature valley granola bars.

Fruit - ANY!!!! I love them all!!! But I especially love fruit from my garden :)

Dessert - I especially love the paradise pies at Chili's or any warm baked good with a scoop of icecream on top. GOD!!! xD

Oatmeal - regular, with fresh fruit. or maple+brown sugar.

Dinner you prepare- I destroy everything I cook :( So I guess peanut butter on bread.

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Well, I don't know overall how they cook it but I guess its healthy. My favorite resturant dish is Mimi's Cafe french toast with scrambled eggs. It can't be THAT bad, can it?

Breakfast you prepare - english muffin with fruit spread.

My two favorite foods/meals are belgian waffles and french toast, always with scrambled eggs (and sausage if I'm feeling froggy)
Cold Cereal - Grape-nuts

Yogurt - Yoplait Custard Style, Caramel

Bread - sourdough

Veggie - toss up btwn asparagus or spinach

Frozen Entree - Ellio's pizza

Breakfast Bar - Carnation (don't make 'em anymore but they were great!)

Breakfast you prepare - grits w/1 egg over easy and 1 slice of cheese

Bread - whole wheat

Veggie - right now artichokes, but i love every veggie except peppers, tomatoe, and cucumber.

Frozen Entree - morningstar buffalo wings

Breakfast Bar - if i had to pick any sort bar it would be tiger's milk but they have a lot of sugar :(

Fruit - only bananas

Dessert - Ding Dong 100 cal packs!!

Oatmeal - don't eat it very much

Dinner you prepare- cheese enchiladas w/ fat free cheddar and whole wheat tortillas.

Healthy Restaurant Entree - just a salad

Breakfast you prepare - 3 egg whites w/ fat free cheddar, garlic powder, and boca sausage

Any other favorites you want to share...   babybel mini cheese wheels, diet coke w/ splenda. spaghetti squash w/ potabellos, avocado sushi!!
Cold Cereal - hmm...any

Yogurt - blueberry i guess...idont know. lately just plain yoguart mixed with other stuff

Bread - i like banana bread, raison bread, that parmesaon oregeno bread from subway...but i dont even eat bread these days

Veggie - tomatos mmm!

Frozen Entree - hmm, i dont eat any

Breakfast Bar - i like quaker peanut butter granola bars...dont know if thats a breakfast bar

Fruit - frozen berries unthawed

Dessert - chocolate

Oatmeal - i like just plain oats mixed with smoothie mixture..fav food

Dinner you prepare- homemade vegetable soup...since that is the only thing we prepare

Healthy Restaurant Entree - chicken club wrap from swiss chalet...healthy enough


Breakfast you prepare - the oats mixed with smoothie...i reallyyyyy love it  oh ya and a bit of harvest crunch for extra flavor
Cold Cereal - Granola in lowfat plain yoghurt

Yogurt - Lowfat plain, either Pavel or Nancy or Strauss

Bread - La Brea Whole Wheat Baguette, or Panera's Whole Wheat

Veggie - Escarole sauteed in a bit of olive oil with garlic and hot peppers, fresh or flakes

Frozen Entree - don't eat

Breakfast Bar - don't eat

Fruit - Fresh figs, fresh raspberries

Dessert - fruit salad: mixed fruit, whatever variety, some nuts, lemon juice and zest, and a little bit of a liqueur such as Cointreau

Oatmeal - Fruit and steel cut or rolled oats mixed with yogurt kept in the fridge overnight. Can't stand cooked oatmeal

Dinner you prepare- Hm, many. How about shrimps marinated in lime zest and juice, soy sauce and tequila, then grilled, with a spinach salad. Or quinoa salad - cook quinoa, add veggies (i.e. roasted beets, corn), some herbs, red wine vinegar, olive oil - yumm

Healthy Restaurant Entree - sushi

Breakfast you prepare - Ricotta lemon whole wheat pancakes with fruit
just give me pickles and cheesecake, and i will always love you.

Cold Cereal - Peanut butter puffins

Yogurt - Fage 0%

Bread - The dark bread they serve you before your food arrives at the Cheesecake Factory

Veggie - Butternut squash

Frozen Entree - Ginger sesame chicken with noodles from Trader Joe's

Breakfast Bar - Chai Tea Luna Bar

Fruit - Banana

Dessert - Flan!

Oatmeal - Old fashioned oats with random stuff I mix in

Dinner you prepare - Flank steak with asparagus and tomato and feta salad.

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Singapore street noodles. Not so healthy but pretty low in cals for an entire dish from P.F. Chang's!

Breakfast you prepare - Oatmeal with cinnamon and nutella and chopped up banana.
Cold Cereal -  honey bunches of oats or rice krispies treats cereal. anything sugary

Yogurt - yoplait coconut creme pie

Bread - any kind at subway

Veggie - caulifllower or tomatoe

Frozen Entree - stouffers mac and cheese

Breakfast Bar - not really into these

Fruit - grapes ! :) but i loooove any kind of fruit

Dessert - reeses blast fron sonic

Oatmeal - not sure...

Dinner you prepare- pasta

Healthy Restaurant Entree - grilled chicken ceasar salad  or salad w/ shrimp and crab meat  with light dressing

Breakfast you prepare -  buttermilk biscuits and scrambled eggs and sausage

Any other favorites you want to share...  i love anything cookie dough :)
Cold Cereal -  Weetabix or Special K or maybe coco pops im a cereal freak xD

Yogurt - From my own EasiYo machine-low fat berry flavour

Bread -  Any wholegrain from my local baker when its still warm

Veggie -  sweetcorn or peas

Frozen Entree -  Weight Watchers Rice

Breakfast Bar -  Special k

Fruit -  Oooooooh Strawberries :D

Dessert -  Low fat yoghurt (yoplait) w/ fresh fruit (on a good day lol)   on a bad day cheese cake or rice pudding :P

Oatmeal - Ready Brek (if you can call it that its called PORRIDGE in the UK :D)

Dinner you prepare-  Um probably Jacket potato w/ low fat cream cheese and beans soo good

Healthy Restaurant Entree -  Ill have a subway less than 6g fat if you call that i restaurant entree-sweet onion teriaki on wheat mmmmm....


Breakfast you prepare -  Erm..wholegrain toast and raspberry jam

Breakfast you prepare - strawberry yogurt with banana and heart healthy blend cereal
Cold Cereal -  ALL BRAN Extra Fiber

Yogurt -  I don't eat dairy

Bread -  I don't eat bread.

Veggie -  Steamed Broccoli with lemon

Frozen Entree - Amy's Sheppards Pie 

Breakfast Bar - NONE

Fruit - All Berries

Dessert - Granny Smith apple microwaved with cinnamon

Oatmeal - Old fashioned Rolled Oats

Dinner you prepare- Vegetable Stir Fry with Tofu

Healthy Restaurant Entree - I would NEVER eat anything I didn't cook myself.

Breakfast you prepare - Bowl of all bran LOADED with fresh berries and Light Vanilla soy milk

Any other favorites you want to share...  TOFU SHIRATAKI NOODLES. Best Invention Known To Man.

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Red Lobster's jumbo shrimp skewers with side entree

Breakfast you prepare - any type of oatmeal concoction or breakfast tacos with egg beaters pressed in my george foreman

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Chicken paillard over arugula/tomato/mozzarella salad
Breakfast you prepare - Egg beater omelet with some grated cheddar
Cold Cereal: I do not eat cereal but I believe the best brands are: Nature's Path, Fiber One, Perky's, Quaker Oatmeal (no-sugar products)

Yogurt: I DO NOT BELIEVE IN EATING DAIRY so...NONE!! 

Bread: Ezekiel Bread 

Veggies: Eggplant, Leeks, Spinach, Zucchini, Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes, Squash, Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, Fennel, Asparagus, Mushrooms & Green beans

Frozen Entree: Anything that you made the night before and have left overs of! (unless it is take out!!)

Breakfast Bars: Raw, no-sugar added bars: although I would rather people eat eggs or something for breakfast!!!!

Fruit: Berries

Dessert: Emergen-C Nutritious Coffee or Sugar Free Gum

Oatmeal: read above 

Dinner I prepare: grass-fed bison sausage sauteed with onions & bell peppers

Healthy Restaurant Entree: any chicken or fish grilled, steamed or raw(sashimi)

Breakfast I prepare: eggwhite pancake with rice bran and cinnamon or a BIG HUNK of grass-fed bison/beef or ostrich!! 
Cold Cereal - Kashi GoLean! and GoLean! Crunch, Kashi Heart to Heart, and some other organic cereal brands.

Yogurt - Dannon Nonfat All-Natural Plain Yogurt, with honey added for natural sweetness. :)


Bread - Ezekiel Whole-Grain No-Sodium Bread.

Veggies - Broccoli, carrots, corn, peas, spinach, zucchini, bell peppers, spagehtti squash, button mushrooms, portabella mushrooms, asparagus, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, and any kind of bean (black, pinto, kidney, lima...etc.).

Frozen Entree - Amy's Organic Black Bean Enchilada or Mexican Tamale Pie, and Cedarlane's organic Low-Fat Bean, Rice and Cheese Burritos and Veggie Pizza Wraps.

Breakfast Bar - I don't eat them, but I do have Luna Bars or Clif Bars for snacks. However, I prefer not to eat bars at all, unless they don't have any chocolate or icing.

Fruits - Bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, oranges, apples, pineapple, kiwi, mango, pomegrante, acaci, grapes, and peaches.

Dessert - I don't eat dessert usually, but when I do it will only be on hollidays and will ususally be fat-free angel's food cake with stawberries on top, or a fat-free bran muffin that I make myself.

Oatmeal - Steel-cut oats only...no pre-packaged "instant oats".

Dinner you prepare- Lightly sauteed' chicken breast, served with long-grain brown rice with chopped celery, carrots, and scrambled egg whites, fresh steamed green beans, mandarin oranges, with low-sodium soy sauce on the side.


Healthy Restaurant Entree - Fresh fish at Mitchell's Fish Market, low-fat salads at Kona Grill, and the Bison Tenderloin Fillet at Montana Grill.

Breakfast you prepare - Oatmeal made with milk, brown sugar, flaxseed, vanilla, and cinnamon, egg whites, strawberries, blueberries, banana, raspberries, Ezekiel bread, and a glass of 100% Orange Juice + Calcium.
Cold Cereal - 1 serving of Cheerios Fruitios (taste like fruit loops but very low sugar) mixed with one serving of Bran Buds and 1/2 cup of skim milk. (225 cals for breakfast :)

Yogurt - Any low (40) cal yogurt I find delicious!

Bread - Weight Watchers ww bread, 90 cals for 2 slices

Veggie - Baby carrots

Frozen Entree - I believe it's Lean Cuisine brand: Chicken in Wine Sauce (Only 170 cals and it is DELICIOUS!)

Breakfast Bar - Never have these

Fruit - Frozen grapes

Dessert - 100 calorie Breyers 98% fat free icecream cups

Oatmeal - Any 'higher in fiber' selection

Dinner you prepare- Spicy chicken baby spinach salad or pita pizza

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Quiznos Honey Bourbon Chicken or Buffalo Chicken from Subway, or Swiss Chalet boneless skinless chicken breast meal

Breakfast you prepare - See above!

Cheese - Allegro Skim Milk cheese w/ probiotics. It's not listed on cc but it should be! For 30 g serving size only 60 cals and 1 gram of fat! In mozza or cheddar! :)
