I love chinese, so Panera Broccoli beef bowl with steamed veggies.

Cold Cereal - Kashi Heart to Heart with fresh blueberries and/or strawberries
Yogurt - Plain Greek-style yogurt, frozen, with diced fresh fruit
Bread - Banana nut!
Veggie - Eggplant, any kind of squash
Frozen Entree - Not a huge fan of frozen entrees... Kashi's Chicken Florentine isn't horrible, though.
Breakfast Bar - Luna Cookies & Cream/Peppermint Stick/Lemon Zest
Fruit - Cherry tomatoes, pomegranates, frozen bananas, any kind of crisp apples, hard peaches or pears (weird!), watermelon... I'm just a fruit fiend in general!
Dessert - Cherry pie with vanilla ice cream, or just some fresh fruit
Oatmeal - Plain ol' Quakers Old Fashioned oats. Sometimes I like a banana or dried cranberries and cinnamon mixed in, though.
Dinner you prepare- Lentil tacos! I could live off those.
Healthy Restaurant Entree - Steamed vegetable dumplings. I crave them alllll the time!
Breakfast you prepare - Fruit smoothie and some oatmeal! I'm easily pleased.
Any other favorites you want to share - Cottage cheese (no salt added) with diced fresh mango and/or pineapple, homemade pita pizzas, hard boiled egg whites, natural peanut butter... I could go on forever!

Breakfast you prepare - hot turkey and cheese on whole wheat toast (really lunch but I love it for breakfast- 1/2 early in the am, then the other 1/2 around 11 am)
Cold Cereal - Honey nut cheerios
Yogurt - FAGE plain w/ the strawberry syrup on the side, just dip it in for a little flavor
Bread - Peperidge farm whole wheat, they have a ton of choices
Veggie - Loooove carrots, and anything basically with lemon and salt :)
Frozen Entree - ? hmm idk
Breakfast Bar - never had one yet
Fruit - strawberries, mango, kiwi, bananas, etc.
Dessert - Strawberry and choc sauce crepe. A healthy one would be an icy or something
Oatmeal - Just natural oatmeal w/ protein scoop and flax seeds, also almond nuts in it.
Dinner you prepare- Chicken with veggies and ww couscous or brown rice. I don't cook much :(

Yogurt - Dannon Silhouette, vanilla
Bread - Dempster's 12 grain
Veggie - broccoli
Frozen Entree - I don't buy them often enough to have a favourite, mine is usually whatever's on sale
Breakfast Bar - none
Fruit - pears, and red gala apples, and grapes
Dessert - oatmeal cookies
Oatmeal - the regular 2 minutes microwave Quacker one, plain, with a teaspoon of brown sugar, and some milk
Dinner you prepare- broccoli and chicken breast with chicken broth and soy sauce, with 1/2 cup of rice
Healthy Restaurant Entree - quarter chicken breast with salad
Breakfast you prepare - pancakes!!

Dinner you prepare-Super spicy grilled chicken, cooked outside on the BBQ, mixed with cabbage, garlic, onions, red peppers, serrano peppers, and fresh ground pepper, cooked in a griller bag, next to the chicken.
Healthy Restaurant Entree -Thai spicy steamed shrimp and veggies at a local place.
Breakfast you prepare -
3 whites, 1 whole egg omlette with onions, serranos, a little fat free cheese, and some diced up Canadian bacon, and habenero hot sauce over the top, and a piece of that oatmeal whatchamacallit bread.

Yogurt - Lucerne & Yoplait
Bread - Hmm Not sure. Anything 100% whole wheat
