Cold Cereal - Organic Bran Flakes
Yogurt - don't eat
Bread - Sweet and Sour rye bread/ Stonemill Sprouted Bread
Veggie - asparagus, squash, celery, bok choy, yellow peppers
 Frozen Entree - Yves Veggie Chili
Breakfast Bar - don't eat
Fruit - bananas, apples, starwberries, cantelope, raspberries, blackberries
Dessert - don't really eat dessert, but if I had to choose a chocolate cupcake
Oatmeal - unsweetened whole wheat organic
Dinner you prepare- spinach tofu casserole, or my steam fried salad 
Healthy Restaurant Entree - anything from Fresh, which is a vegan, organic chain in Toronto
Breakfast you prepare - 4 egg whites with zucchini, onion, mushrooms, tomato and salsa
Any other favorites you want to share... Black Bean Salsa(blend black beans and salsa together), Miso gravy


Cold Cereal - Annie's Homegrown Cinnabunnies, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios
Yogurt - Stonyfield Farms Lemon
Bread - Sourdough!!!
Veggie - brocolli, carrots, spinach
Frozen Entree - fish sticks-not very health but sooooooooo good
Breakfast Bar - Nutrigrain bars(Strawberry) Or Cinnamon granola bars
Fruit - apple, grapes, strawberries, pineapple
Dessert - marshmallows, fruit w/ cool whip, cookies
Oatmeal - cooked in water w/ butter and sugar
Dinner you prepare- chicken & noodles
Healthy Restaurant Entree - idk
Breakfast you prepare - french toast, peanut butter toast w/ cinnamon

Yogurt - none :( i hate all soy yogurts

Frozen Entree - amy's vegan shepherds pie

Breakfast Bar - luna bar nutz over chocolate

Fruit - fuji apples, red grapes, tangelos, pineapple

Dessert - tofutti treats

Oatmeal - quaker apples n cinnamon with pumpkin mixed in

Dinner you prepare- tofu tamale casserole with salsa

Healthy Restaurant Entree - anything from mr. natural (vegan restauarant in austin)

Breakfast you prepare - mmm i never "prepare" breakfast, usually it's fruit and coffee

Cold Cereal - Wheat chex. ^^

Yogurt - Stonyfield's O'soy yogurt. (Peach is the best)

Bread - Kangaroo brand whole wheat pitas!!

Veggie - Broccoli, baby carrots, asparagus, and sweet potatoes

Frozen Entree - Amy's Palak Paneer

Breakfast Bar - Luna Sunrise Vanilla Almond bar

Fruit - Banana, avacado, blueberries

Dessert - Extra dark chocolate, dried dates

Oatmeal - Old fashioned w/soymilk, vanilla, and berries

Dinner you prepare- Quinoa and vegetable stuffed sweet peppers

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Buddha's delight w/pickled lotus root and ginger

Breakfast you prepare - Soy and fruit-based smoothies

Cold Cereal - Kashi GoLean Crunch

Yogurt - Chinese suan nai, any brand; Yoplait vanilla yogurt

Bread - Subway's honey oat, Milton's multi-grain

Veggie - cauliflower, carrots, squash, corn, mushrooms, sweet potatoes

Frozen Entree - don't eat them

Breakfast Bar - Luna (Chocolate raspberry, Nutz over chocolate, Chocolate pecan pie, Lemon zest, Toasted nutz & cranberry)

Fruit - Mangoes, strawberries, pineapple, cherries, peaches

Dessert - dark chocolate, cheng teng, luk mei, mooncake, nuomici, mango pudding, red bean/green bean soups and popsicles

Oatmeal - with cinnamon

Dinner you prepare - peanut butter sandwich! :D

Healthy Restaurant Entree - don't eat out that much

Breakfast you prepare - Cereal + milk ^_^

Any other favorites you want to share...almonds, peanuts/butter, cashews, coconuts, cottage cheese, raw fish, and any other type of seafood

Cold Cereal - Cheerios/special k/fruit loops :]

Yogurt - soy yogurt is pretty gross

Bread - Ezekiel breads

Veggie - broccoli, Pak-choi, peppers, muchrooms

Frozen Entree - anything Amy's that is vegan

Breakfast Bar - Luna - lemon zest, dulce de leche, nuts over chocolate

Fruit - grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, apples

Dessert - tofutti stuff, soy icecream

Oatmeal - quaker plain [i like to add stuff to it]

Dinner you prepare- baked tofu with veggies and hot sauce

Healthy Restaurant Entree - i dont really eat out much :/

Breakfast you prepare - egg whites, fruit, coffee

Cold Cereal - New strawberry yogurt Chex or Cinnamon toast crunch

Yogurt - The weight watchers cheesecake tastes absolutely amazing.

Bread - Carb Control rye, asiago cheese from any bakery

Veggie - Broccoli, eat it everyday

Frozen Entree - Healthy Choice Panini's prefer the Philly Cheesesteak

Breakfast Bar - Power bars in general, I like Cliff, snickers, and Payday Protein

Fruit - bananas, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and grapes

Dessert - Strawberry french silk pie....or some hot applie pie and vanilla ice cream...

Oatmeal - My favorite is cinnamon spice at the moment though banana nut is a close second.

Dinner you prepare - My vegetable stir frys or chicken pita pockets with veggies, teriaky sauce and chicken breast cut up.

Healthy Restaurant Entree - I love chinese, so Panera Broccoli beef bowl with steamed veggies.

Breakfast you prepare - I love making waffles If Im off for the day. Blueberry ones of course.

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Mediterranean Veggie sandwich from Panera
Breakfast you prepare - Peanut butter and fluff sandwich..aka..the Fluffernutter!
Any other favorites you want to share...  Sabra Hummus, cottage cheese with peanut butter,  crunched up pretzels, and a hershey kiss melted in!

Cold Cereal - Kashi Heart to Heart with fresh blueberries and/or strawberries
Yogurt - Plain Greek-style yogurt, frozen, with diced fresh fruit
Bread - Banana nut!

Veggie - Eggplant, any kind of squash
Frozen Entree - Not a huge fan of frozen entrees... Kashi's Chicken Florentine isn't horrible, though.
Breakfast Bar - Luna Cookies & Cream/Peppermint Stick/Lemon Zest
Fruit - Cherry tomatoes, pomegranates, frozen bananas, any kind of crisp apples, hard peaches or pears (weird!), watermelon... I'm just a fruit fiend in general!

Dessert - Cherry pie with vanilla ice cream, or just some fresh fruit
Oatmeal - Plain ol' Quakers Old Fashioned oats.  Sometimes I like a banana or  dried cranberries and cinnamon mixed in, though.
Dinner you prepare- Lentil tacos!  I could live off those.
Healthy Restaurant Entree - Steamed vegetable dumplings.  I crave them alllll the time!
Breakfast you prepare - Fruit smoothie and some oatmeal!  I'm easily pleased.
Any other favorites you want to share - Cottage cheese (no salt added) with diced fresh mango and/or pineapple, homemade pita pizzas, hard boiled egg whites, natural peanut butter... I could go on forever!

Cold Cereal - Quaker Oatmeal Squares

Yogurt - light and fit smoothies

Bread - whole wheat toast

Veggie - oven roasted brocolli

Frozen Entree - don't care for

Breakfast Bar - south beach diet bars

Fruit - frozen blueberries

Dessert - any form of chocolate

Oatmeal - yes, with brown sugar on top

Dinner you prepare- anything on the grill

Healthy Restaurant Entree - margaritia pizza

Breakfast you prepare - hot turkey and cheese on whole wheat toast (really lunch but I love it for breakfast- 1/2 early in the am, then the other 1/2 around 11 am)

Cold Cereal - Honey nut cheerios

Yogurt - FAGE plain w/ the strawberry syrup on the side, just dip it in for a little flavor
Bread - Peperidge farm whole wheat, they have a ton of choices

Veggie - Loooove carrots, and anything basically with lemon and salt :)

Frozen Entree - ? hmm idk

Breakfast Bar - never had one yet

Fruit - strawberries, mango, kiwi, bananas, etc.

Dessert - Strawberry and choc sauce crepe. A healthy one would be an icy or something

Oatmeal - Just natural oatmeal w/ protein scoop and flax seeds, also almond nuts in it.

Dinner you prepare- Chicken with veggies and ww couscous or brown rice. I don't cook much :(

Yogurt - Dannon Silhouette, vanilla

Bread - Dempster's 12 grain

Veggie - broccoli

Frozen Entree - I don't buy them often enough to have a favourite, mine is usually whatever's on sale

Breakfast Bar - none

Fruit - pears, and red gala apples, and grapes

Dessert - oatmeal cookies

Oatmeal - the regular 2 minutes microwave Quacker one, plain, with a teaspoon of brown sugar, and some milk

Dinner you prepare- broccoli and chicken breast with chicken broth and soy sauce, with 1/2 cup of rice

Healthy Restaurant Entree - quarter chicken breast with salad

Breakfast you prepare - pancakes!!

Any other favorites you want to share...   salmon sandwich!

Cold Cereal -Bran Chex

Yogurt - The really low cal Dannon Vanilla(Silhouette maybe?) to mix with my bran chex

Bread -Sara Lee Otameal something or other...

Veggie -Just one?  Probably Serrano peppers

Frozen Entree -Lean Pockets(pepperoni pizza)

Breakfast Bar -Blech

Fruit - fresh strawberries

Dessert - fresh strawberries

Oatmeal -Plain ole' slow cookin'  quaker oats with  a little Splenda and a scoop of  Vanilla whey protein

Dinner you prepare-Super spicy grilled chicken, cooked outside on the BBQ, mixed with cabbage, garlic, onions, red peppers, serrano peppers, and fresh ground pepper, cooked in a griller bag, next to the chicken. 

Healthy Restaurant Entree -Thai spicy steamed shrimp and veggies at a local place.

Breakfast you prepare - 3 whites, 1 whole egg omlette with onions, serranos, a little fat free cheese, and some diced up Canadian bacon, and habenero hot sauce over the top, and a piece of that oatmeal whatchamacallit bread.

Cold Cereal -  FiberOne Honey Clusters & Honey Bunches of Oats

Yogurt -  Lucerne & Yoplait

Bread - Hmm Not sure. Anything 100% whole wheat

Veggie -  spinach and string beans

Frozen Entree - Boca Burgers

Breakfast Bar - Special K bar

Fruit - Nectarines :]

Dessert - Ice cream & brownies.

Oatmeal - Not really a big fan

Dinner you prepare- whole grain 'pizza rolls'

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Red Lobster Grilled atlantic Salmon

Breakfast you prepare - Peanut butter and banana sandwich. Yumm

Any other favorites you want to share...  I love potatoes. And it's weird because I used to love potato chips. But now they're completely unappealing to me. I'll take baked potato wedges over chips any day.

Cold Cereal - Honeynut Cherios...yum

Yogurt - I generally don't eat it... 

Bread - Sara Lee wheat  

Veggie - Brocchili or sweet potatoes

Breakfast Bar - South Beach Diet Maple Nut Bars

Dinner you prepare- this rachel ray recipe, shrimp with puttanesca

Healthy Restaurant Entree - gahhhfoo...i suppose something from red lobster...maine lobster!

Breakfast you prepare - banana pancakes
Cold Cereal - peanut butter puffins, cheerios

Yogurt - i like minigo better than yogurt but strawberry and vanilla yogurt are yummy

Breakfast Bar -key lime pie lara bars

Fruit - nectarines, baby watermelons, plums

Dinner you prepare-  i dont actually cook

Healthy Restaurant Entree - vegetarian chili with multigrain bread for a local organic cafe

Breakfast you prepare -ummm the oatmeal probably oh! or i make amazing smoothies (vanilla yogurt, frozen strawberries and bananas, and apple juice)

Any other favorites you want to share...  minigo! oatmeal cookies, chai lattes YUM

Cold Cereal - Nature's Path Heritage Flakes, or Multigrain flakes

Yogurt - Stonyfield Farm lowfat organic yogurts (strawberry and peach are my favorites :] ) , Yoplait Yo Plus

Bread - Anything multigrain from the bakery (I hate the pre-bagged, pre-sliced bread...)     

Veggie - carrots and tomatoes

Frozen Entree - n/a (I don't really eat frozen entrees.)

Breakfast Bar - Special K cereal bar (honey nut), or Nutrigrain apple cinnamon

Fruit - Bananas, peaches, plums  

Dessert - Pear almond tart from whole foods

Oatmeal - n/a (not a fan of oatmeal)

Dinner you prepare- baked perch with a baked potato

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Grilled fish and vegetables are always good

Breakfast you prepare - egg and turkey omelette

Any other favorites you want to share...  I just made this baby spinach, gorgonzola cheese, balsamic vinegairette dress and almonds today. YUM!!
