I am always on the lookout for new yummy things and it helps to hear other's opinions. I thought it would be helpful and fun for everyone to list some of their favorites...

Cold Cereal - HONEY BUNCHES OF OATS WITH ALMONDS!!! the cinnamon kind they have is good too and the strawberry kindand so are multigrain cheerios

Yogurt - dannon light and fit peach

Bread - oatmeal

Veggie - broccoli or green beans

Frozen Entree - and of those lean cuisine paninis or somethin lean cuisine and chicke

Breakfast Bar - hmmm there are so many

Fruit - apples strawberries, PINEAPPLE, PEACHES

Dessert - any edy's light icecream....goodness they are so damn good

Oatmeal - regular with sugar free maple sugar and cinnamon, yummmm

Dinner you prepare- honey lime chili chicken

Healthy Restaurant Entree - oh they're so bad

Breakfast you prepare - egg beaters and anything veggie

not just one! apples, pineapple, all berries, kiwi!!

Dessert -
cream of wheat Laughing

Oatmeal -
steel cut with cream of wheat with splenda, cinnamon, and nutmeg

Dinner you prepare-
broccoli, marinara sauce (with added garlic!), turkey meatball with Naan bread.

Healthy Restaurant Entree -
grilled mahi mahi with steamed veggies or caesar salad with dressing on the side and no cheese with chicken

Breakfast you prepare -
cream of wheat with steel cut, fiber one, wheat biscuit, and fat free milk

Cold Cereal - Special K vanilla almond

Yogurt - yoplait harvest peach

Bread - honey wheat

Veggie - broccoli

Frozen Entree - most any lean cuisine, especially the pizza

Breakfast Bar - nutrigrain raspberry

Fruit - pineapples

Dessert - pecan pie or banana pudding

Oatmeal - peaches and cream or strawberries and cream

Dinner you prepare- my spaghetti or jambalaya

Healthy Restaurant Entree - garden salad w/ dressing on the side

Breakfast you prepare - scrambled egg whites w/ turkey bacon

Cold Cereal - Kix (110 Calories for 1 & 1/4 cups)

Yogurt - Dannon Light and Fit (60 Calories)

Bread - La Tortilla Wraps and Thomas's Light English Muffins

Veggie - Sweet Potato

Frozen Entree - Boca Frozen Burgers

Breakfast Bar - Luna Bars

Fruit - Apple, Pineapple, Strawberries, Pears, And Grapes

Dessert - 100 Calorie Popcorn and Jello Sugar Free Pudding

Oatmeal - Quaker Weight Control Brown Sugar Maple

Dinner you prepare- Black Bean Salad (1/2 Cup Black Beans, 1 1/2 Cup Salad, & 1/4 Cup Salsa)

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Applebee's Steak and Portabellos (350 Calories)

Breakfast you prepare - Egg Roll and Yogurt

Cold Cereal - I'm not a big fan of cold cereal, but would have to go with cinnamon toast crunch.  I normally eat my cereal w/o milk

Yogurt - Yoplait or La Creme

Bread -  White Wheat

Veggie -  Broccoli!  You can never go wrong with it. But I do love all sorts of veggies

Frozen Entree -  lasagna

Breakfast Bar -  I don't eat em

Fruit - strawberries! or pineapple (fresh) 

Dessert -  Chocolate ice cream, molten chocolate lava cake (oh so bad!)

Oatmeal -  Kashi Go Lean hot cereal (does that count?)

Dinner you prepare- ummm spaghetti? Or any grilled dinner

Healthy Restaurant Entree -  I'm still trying to find that one!

Breakfast you prepare - Bacon, egg and cheese on an english muffin!

Cold Cereal - kashi golean crunch
Yogurt - fage 0% plain greek (with a bit of raw honey)
Bread - ezekiel sprouted breads
Veggie - kabocha or spinach
Frozen Entree - amy's mattar tofu
Breakfast Bar - raw ones are always best, the apple pie larabar is a favourite
Fruit - apples always, strawberries sometimes, figs as a treat
Dessert - green tea soy ice cream, dark blueberry chocolate, and rosewater melon sorbet
Oatmeal - raw oats, with almonds, golden raisins, flax, honey, half an apple and vanilla soymilk (muesli)
Dinner you prepare- gigantic salads with spinach, apple, carrot, beet, garbanzos, avocado, tahini, etc.
Healthy Restaurant Entree - vegetarian indian. chana masala, gobhi alu, lentil soups. mm.
Breakfast you prepare - ah, i don't cook much in the morning. i have fruit most of the time, sometimes fage and honey.
Any other favorites you want to share... almond butter, dates and falafel!!

Cold Cereal - GoLean

Yogurt - Stonyfield Farms nonfat plain

Bread - Organic 100% Whole Wheat or Whole-grain pitas

Veggie - Yams, ccarrots, pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, red and green bell peppers.

Frozen Entree - Amy's Breakfast burito or Low-sodium veggie lasagna.

Breakfast Bar - I usually don't eat breakfast bars; I prefer to eat a real breakfast. However, if I am in a pinch, I'll settle with a Luna or Clif bar or a Kashi bar.

Fruit - Make that plural. Pineappple, kiwi, bananas, apples, berries of all kinds, plums, raisins, prunes, pears and grapes.

Dessert - On a average day my desert consists of a little bit of dark chocolate. But on special occasions, pumpkin pie or angel food cake with whipped cream and berries rocks my sox [:

Oatmeal - My special pumpkin oatmeal with pumpkin, cinnamon, almonds, raisins, milk, apple butter or honey, and nutmeg-- sometimes.

Dinner you prepare- (homemade) Organic three-bean chili, with a salad of spinach, carrots, bell pepper, cherry tomatos, and mushrooms drizzled with Garlic Expressions dressing.

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Noodles and Company Chinese Chop Salad with a side of organic tofu.

Breakfast you prepare - My special pumpkin oatmeal with pumpkin, cinnamon, almonds, raisins, milk, apple butter or honey, and nutmeg-- sometimes.

Any other favorites you want to share...  Almonds own me. Nuf said.

Cold Cereal - Kashi GoLean Crunch (it's really yummy with frozen berries and several whole almonds mixed in!)

Yogurt - I don't eat much of it, but my mom gets Yoplait light thick and creamy

Bread - I'm a huge fan of anything Nature's Own

Veggie - Not a big veggie eater, but I really like peas and green beans

Frozen Entree - Any of the Healthy Choice, Smart Ones, and Lean Cuisine entrees are amazing

Breakfast Bar - I haven't tried many, but SBD's meal replacement/protein bars are really good.

Fruit - ALL OF IT!

Dessert - I love making sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding, mixing in about a tbsp. choc. chips, and putting a layer of light whipped cream on top.

Oatmeal - I usually have just regular quick oats and then either add honey and brown sugar or add half of a diced peaches bowl and a splash of milk once finished.

Dinner you prepare- Turkey or sliced grilled chicken, light ranch dressing, spinach, and a sprinkling of fat free mozzarella on either pita or a wrap

Healthy Restaurant Entree - I usually don't know what to get...so I usually just end up getting the grilled chicken sandwich :/

Breakfast you prepare - I made these really good banana pancakes last week, but I usually have something like PB on WW toast, Kashi, or egg whites.

Cold Cereal - Cracklin' Oat Bran

Yogurt - I don't eat yogurt. I suppose I like blueberry soy yogurt mmm.

Bread - whole wheat or oat bread

Veggie - steamed broccoli w/ vinegar on it (old favorite..haven't eaten it since I was about 10)

Frozen Entree - Michelina's fettucini alfredo

Breakfast Bar - Luna?

Fruit - apple

Dessert - I rarely eat dessert. Maybe if there's a pie laying around the house, I'll have a piece :) Oh but yesterday I did eat a cookie.

Oatmeal - made with soymilk is good. With honey.

Dinner you prepare- salmon w/ sauteed onions and garlic

Healthy Restaurant Entree - is there such thing?

Breakfast you prepare - homemade muffins with peanut butter

Any other favorites you want to share...   Morningstar sausage patties are an ingenious invention

Cold Cereal - anything from either side of the spectrum--either completely plain (like Cheerio's) or completely bad for you (Lucky Charms...)

Yogurt - Horizon Organic

Bread - Milton's Original Whole Grain

Veggie - any

Frozen Entree - the garlic chicken flat bread pizza thing from Lean Cuisine

Breakfast Bar - Kashi Honey Almond Flax

Fruit - any

Dessert - pie!  I make the BEST apple pie...very bad for you though (aside from copious amounts of apples)

Oatmeal - just plain quick oats

Dinner you prepare- very rare filet mignon (or any good steak AT ALL, EVER-PERIOD!), grilled asparagus (bacon wrapped for my bf), homemade mashed potatos and some kind of good bread, grilled w/butter

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Ceviche!  Ohmygossssh.  Pico de gallo with lime cured mahi mahi

Breakfast you prepare - toad in a hole's.  A slice of bread (I remove my crust) with a hole cut out of the middle (I use a shot glass), toasted up in a skillet with butter (or whatever else you'd use)and then you put an egg in the middle and cook the whole thing, turning to toast/brown the other side

Cold Cereal - the very bad for you sugary kind- all time favorite is Franken Berry (thats why i stay away from cereal!)

Yogurt - Activia Light, Blueberry flavor

Bread - Whole or MultiGrain. Although i like weight watchers bagels too because it satisfies my bagel craving w/ less calories!

Veggie - broccoli

Frozen Entree - frozen veggies! lol!

Breakfast Bar - nutrigrain although i dont really eat breakfast bars.

Fruit - apples!

Dessert - oh tough one- probably pie- apple, cherry, blueberry, and pumpkin!

Oatmeal - quaker weight control oatmeal (maple & Brown sugar flavor)

Dinner you prepare- i dont really cook LOL... i will throw pre made chicken on top of salad w/ spinach. yum.

Healthy Restaurant Entree - Chili's guiltless chicken sandwich w/ extra veggies on the side

Breakfast you prepare - only microwave instant oatmeal in the morning!
