What Do You Listen To?

When you work out, do you listen to music, or even watch movies? As we speak I'm on my laptop... on the treadmill. I can check my email, IM, play games, etc. That's what keeps me going. I stream Pandora, so I'll always have music, and although I'm normally not huge on pop, you can't sit still to Aqua, ne? The difference it makes is incredible!

What about you guys? While you're working out, what's keeping you funky?

I run on the treadmill so I'm bouncing too much to do something as entertaining as being on the laptop and the tv's directly above my head so I can't see it. So I pretty much just listen to music. I go through my music and find the fastest paced songs I have (yay for metal and techno). Whenever I walk/run outside I have my mp3 player with me too. Occasionally when I'm on the stationary bike, I read a novel. I end up engrossed in what I'm reading so I don't pedal as fast, but I don't notice the time fly by either, so I figure it evens out.
