Ya. It was needed. I was so wound up and angry by the time I left for work, I ended up taking it out on K a bit..

Actually, K and I are in a bad spot right now. She's down depression's hole and I'm bordering on it and so we have to be really really careful how we navigate around each other. :p

My poor cats are really confused. They don't know if I'm coming or going.

You know what's funny, Kim? DC transports, those who do recognize that DC gets a bit pathetic about snow, slamming London for outright shutting down due to a bit of snow.

I think us Buffalonians (or even Chicagoans) need to go to london and teach these limeys what a shovel is. ;)

LOL yeah London got, what, 8 - 10 inches of snow?  Like DC wouldn't be a cluster**** if that happened there.  :P

Heck, around here, one inch of snow will do that.

Less than an inch of actual snow.. some schools would be delayed.. i dunno if EVERYTHING would shut down the way it did in London. The Tube shut down in London. The Busses. Heathrow. Everything. It was really really pathetic.

Well, to their credit, I read that they only get a snowfall like this approximately once every 20 years, so they deem that having a bunch of snow removal equipment that will sit idle for years at a time is a waste of money.

But I'm thinking they might be wise to at least invest in a way to keep the trains running. :)

HK...hope you can K have better weeks...can you both lay low this weekend?  Hope K's issue isn't anything serious...but um, temporary

Went out last night with Jordan to get her Semi dress...we had great luck, found one that looks amazing on her and yet covers everything that I don't want popping out when she is dancing...doesn't get better then that!  It is strange to see your daughter standing before you looking like an adult!  She is stunning...gulp

It totally exhausted me though.  whatever it is I have better leave soon!

And the wind's blowing from the north...and the way the buildings are situated here, my walk from the parking lot to my office is through a darn wind tunnel.

Glad I wore all my layers today! :D

And I'll also be glad when I don't have to wear layers anymore.
