ehhhh... that would cause me to go light up.

Rise Against is on my list too.  "Give It All" is my favorite running song.

In addition: Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, Coheed and Cambria, and Lacuna Coil are all on the current workout playlist.

I watch TV! :D Even with music...you are still just sitting there looking at the wall or yourself o.O

Makes workouts go by much faster if you have something good to watch (and with a stationary bike, your already sitting!)

RATM

Ice Cube!!!

Basshunter, Guetta, Scooter, Darude, Cascada, Daft Punk, Styles, Breeze, and Hixxy  (love trance - specifically happy hardcore)

I have Bimbo Jones, too.

To tell the truth, I count my repetitions in my head.

Usually a combo of Michael Jackson Embarassed, Black Eyed Peas, Beyonce and Rihanna. I don't know why, they're all in my exercise playlist. All upbeat songs mostly. Laughing

Daft Punk is a good one! Great idea, I'm gonna add them to my playlist. Surprised

I want a stationary bike just so I can sit and read or watch TV. I can't do it on the treadmill, I need to concentrate or I'll injure myself. Embarassed I'm embarassingly clumsy. Yell

Currently on my workout playlist right now is....

Muse

Slug

Deftones

Alien Ant Farm

Aesop Rock

Coliseum

Ministry

Motorhead

High on Fire

Qwel

&

Sole

and that is just currently haha.

LOL, I don't know why it's funny to me but for whatever reason, I saw that coming... read into it what you will :-P not making fun, a lot of my best girlfriends like the dark meat ;)

I just put my iPod on shuffle, so whatever comes up. Though if I feel a song is too slow, I skip it.

I go through spurts.  Currently listening to Jimmy Buffet while working out.

Depends on the workout I'm doing. For lifting, any ol' thing will do (I've recently been on a Jimi Hendrix kick, but I've literally had everything from the Beatles to Nine Inch Nails playing. Whatever motivates me at the time.)

For my eliptical trainer session, I've created some nice cross-faded mixes to keep me between 110 and 130 steps per minute for 30-40 minutes, which is just about perfect for the eliptical. Song list is:

Block Rockin' Beats - Fatboy Slim (warmup - 109bpm)
Bring the Noise - Anthrax feat. Public Enemy (121bpm)
Personal Jesus - Marilyn Manson (130bpm)
The Morning Comes - Smash Mouth (118bpm)
Spybreak - Propellorheads (128bpm)
Bad Touch - Bloodhound Gang (123bpm)
Prime Audio Soup - Meat Beat Manifesto (126bpm)
Your Woman - White Town (cooldown - 103bpm)

I have a few more mixes for treadmill / bike work, more heavily featuring prodigy, DJ Tiesto, etc... more uniform beats for duration work. Hit me if you want a copy to try on your next workout.

i listen to some to some intense christian music...... or hiphop/rap

Eye of The Tiger, on repeat.

Ah, if only getting in shape was as quick and easy as a "Rocky" movie montage, eh? Tongue out
