Do you think our bodies tell us when we are coming to a plateau? It seems kind of odd to me that for about 2 - 3 weeks I wasn?t hungary anymore but was still taking in the 1200-1350 calorie range everyday. The more I think about it now it was like my metabolism was slowing down. Then I just stopped losing weight.

I upped my calories and started zig zagging them and now my hunger is back full force and the pounds are coming off again. 

Anyone else have this happen before?

just curious - what does "zig zagging" your calories mean?  It sounds like something I might need to if I plateau - which I'm sure I will.

I think I'm in the same boat right now. My weightloss has stalled and I've just started eating more and zig zagging as well. This week I'm pretty much eating 200-300 cal more a day though I'm trying to be a bit relaxed about it. I'm not weighing myself for 2 weeks either since I need a mental break as well.

I can tell already that I feel better and I'm not craving sweets as much as I was in the last few weeks. Previously I was having a few dizzy/nausea spells after work outs and was feeling a bit colder than normal. Now with those extra calories I feel ravenous when it comes to snack and meal time. I think you're right, that our bodies will let us know when it's had enough calorie restriction and needs more.

Crossing my fingers that the scale will start to move in the next few weeks!

Zig Zagging calories is when you one day you eat say around 1200 calories and the following day you eat say 1500 caloies. You keep doing that to get your metabolism second guessing and your body wont get used to doing the same things everyday.
