Ok. So today has been pretty bad. Like I ate fatty macaroni and cheese (baked), apple turnover, twists, kit kats, mc donalds type bad. Its about 7 pm where I am right now and I havent worked out today. But i have plans to go to the gym with my friend tomorro,  and Saturday i have to be in a swim suit. So im wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do/eat tomorro as to atleast not be so bloated for Saturday.

I had some idea but I dont know if they are good. Suggestions are appreciated.

My ideas are:

-no salt at all tomorro

-drink ALOT of water

-drink alot of coffee (since its a diuretic)

-no simple carbohydrates.

 

Any 1 else?

Sounds like a good plan apart from the coffee.  Diuretics dehydrate the body making water-retention worse rather than better.  I'd add... eat plenty of fresh vegetables, and some wholegrains.  (The acids and sugars in fruit can add to bloating).  Extra fibre with the extra fluid will help your digestion stay perky.

Ok. so lots of water, no coffee, plenty veggies and high fiber. Sounds do-able. Thank you
