Little black dress

I have one month to lose 7 pounds, in my fanny, just so I can fit into my little black bridesmaid dress (that the lady at the store said I didn't need a bigger size) and I need help! Then after that battle I have to try and lose 15 more pounds during the "feeding frenzy" months so that in March I can show up in Vegas with a swimsuit ready body just to lead into another wedding and then back around to the summer. My issue:  I lack motivation. I know what I need to do and how often but when it comes to actually doing it I flake. I need out of this funk! Oh I'm Erin by the way, 28 years old and live in Naperville. I have a membership to all the xsports so if anyone wants a partner let me know. I hate walking into what my roommate and I call "the judgement room" (weight room) alone.

Hi There,

i am not sure how long you have join calorie count however i can tell you that if you focus on calorie counting you can loose those seven pounds i did it within 3 weeks i bet you can get into a month log all your calories and only advice i can give you to start since this is hard is to trade all your snacks for fruits you will be surprise how 3 fruits can equal 1 snack from what we are used to having. Keep your eye on the goal for your motivation.  Every time you're tempted to fall off the wagon, or not work out, think about how you'll look in a tight fitting bridesmaids dress, or a bathing suit in Vegas.  You'll be uncomfortable and hate it.  Thinking about my goal always helps me avoid bad food choices.  I also think it's a good thing that you have multiple events coming up.  That will keep you going beyond the 7 lbs and take you to your ultimate goal.  Many people focus on the short term goal, and diet like crazy to get there, then gain it all back because they haven't learned what it takes to make better choices for the long term goal.  Good luck and I'm sure you'll make it!
