i would say you set your goal a little (ok a LOT) too aggressivly.. try a longer goal date!

never ever go under 1200!  :)
and.. how much is your goal. How many pounds from where you are now?

Sounds like you maybe need to be more realistic about what time frame you can achieve it in. Maybe it's not likely you can achieve it by the end of july :)
i thought it might be reasonable...i am currently 5'4" and 127. I would like to get down to 116/115.
uhh.. 115 at 5'4" seems a bit low to me.. what would your bmi be at that weight?
well this one says its underweight but others say its fine.
What others? What's the number? :)
Hey Bebe, I suggest not focusing so much on the number on the scale, but rather on toning. I really think that is where you are at now.
870 calories is definitely too little - you are of small build and have a very aggressive goal, which tricked the calculator. We will look into improving it.

As a general rule, you should not go under 1200 calories, but instead add some exercise if you want to lose weight at a quicker rate.
I am 5'4" and around 115 lbs, and I'm maintaining now (I wouldn't mind losing a few more pounds but I have a very small frame). When I was losing, I was eating about 1500 calories/day on days when I went running, and 1100 when I was too tired to run (my doctor told me this was fine for me). How much are you exercising?

I'm 116 and 5 2" people always tell me how skinny I am, so I probably couldn't lose anymore, so you being 5 4" and smaller than me I'd be worried that it might be alittle underweight. Definatly don't eat less than 1200 calories a day, the affect to your body that you can't see on the outside aren't worth it! I bet you look great now, BUT if you do want to improve yourself, nothing wrong there, focus on losing body fat and gaining muscle, that alone will make you look and feel smaller, even if the scale stays the same it's likly you'll go down a size, and your clothes will fit better.
