Too much or too little?

i am 19, about 135 lbs, female and i have a lot of muscle on me. I was off track for a while, after successfully losing about 15 lbs of fat and now i'm getting back on counting cos i gained back about 8 lbs. I lost the weight on about 1300-1600 cal a day, but i know that can't be healthy for me since i workout for an hour or two a day. Now, i have been on about 1800 a day and i am hardly losing anything at all. i lost less than a pound in about two weeks. am i putting myself into starvation mode or am i eating too much? what amount of calories would i have to stay over to stay out of starvation? ive heard for women it is 1200 but i am young and active and have pretty good muscle mass, and something better than average body fat. and please no comments about how i dont need to loose anymore weight. i am hoping to compete in figure competitions someday so i want to be well able to lean out whenever i decide i want to.

How tall are you? That is important information.

You have a fabulous body! Being that you work out and have a lot of muscle, are you sure you are not gaining muscle weight and losing inches in fat? Muscle weighs more than fat. Take some measurements. You might be suprised. My only concern would be that you are already thin so make sure that you do not go below your suggested BMI. As far as how many calories to eat, I'm honestly not sure. Do some research. Somewhere you should be able to find out.
